There was an extension box in the room - with 3x UK power sockets - if it had a European socket as well, the experience would have been a wow! Missed opportunity.

I've been staying at 100 Shoreditch every time I travel to London for work. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff are always phenomenal. The cafe downstairs and the rooftop bar as well as the gym downstairs are great especially when staying for a week.

Immediately had the door opened by the concierge staff and greeted at reception. Check in was quick and given room 201. The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful hot shower (some expensive toiletries too). Great WiFi throughout the building and a lot of facilities like the rooftop bar, gym and cafe. It was so central to Spitalfields market which made it enjoyable. Everyone I encountered in the hotel was always smiling and helpful. Room had a big bed, lovely TV, superb lighting and great clean decor.
The room was warm. The AC would not go below 19 it was a warm night and having a heavy tog duvet also made it uncomfortable that I woke up a few times during the night (and not helped by the soft pillows). Unfortunately had to be one of the poorer night sleeps I had in London. However, despite being next to the lift entrance the room was sound proof.

They upgraded me on arrival. Large room with all expected appliances. Bed was very comfortable. East access to buses (was a train strike on while I was staying) and overground Shower overflowed when used on full power but wasn’t much of an issue for me

The people who worked there was the best thing about my stay, everyone from front desk, security, hosts, room service, bartenders made the stay feel a bit extra friendly. Also there was a large selection seating arrangements inside the hotel which gave you the option to have your coffee or drink anywhere. I can highly recommend the rooftop bar as well with views over the city!

Beautiful property and rooms! Breakfast had an absolutely amazing selection and very good value! Staff very polite and helpful with quick response to any needs.
My only small point is it would be great to have upgraded plug sockets that can support USBs as it is very handy these days to not have to use/carry adaptors.

- Seed Library is an impressive & trendy cocktail bar - I recommend the Sunflower Sour, very delectable - Room was larger than expected with a fully stocked mini bar - Debaser D.S. & Durga scent was incredible - if there is a gift shop, I would have bought the soap & lotion - Shoreditch area for a great nightlife
- At check-in, I was asked to pay a deposit of £100 for my stay - A heads up would have been appreciated - I asked for a room on the upper floor and my room was on the 1st floor (7 floors in total)

I got room service and there was a typo on the menu so I didn't get what I thought, and it wasn't very nice. No one told me breakfast was included when I checked in so I ended up paying for my own at the cafe.
