Please note that the card holder and payment card need to be present on check-in for identification or check-in may be declined and an alternative payment card will be requested to cover total accommodation cost. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note different terms and conditions will apply to group bookings for more than 5 rooms. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests are welcome to use the Spa up until check out time. Both the Sauna and Steam room will be unavailable from 30th Jan to 9th February 2023. The pool will remain open however works will be visible with as little disruption as possible. Treatments will be limited due to only one treatment room being available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
