The decor is a little drab, and we would preferred a room that was not in the basement.

while waiting in the lobby to be collected by our driver, a cleaning lady was extremely rude by mopping right up to our feet and shoving our cases out of the way. to treat a guest that way, as an inconvenience, is not acceptable. she gave us absolutely filthy looks, glaring at us so intensely I actually thought she was going to spit on me!

The location is fantastic. 3 minutes walk from Paddington station and Hyde park The rooms’s furnitures and kitchen are nice, and the room is very big and spacious
The window’s glass is really thin. It is so loud! you hear everything from the street. I changed the room after the 1st night and it was still loud. Cleaning and maintenance could be better

All of the staff were fantastic. Whatever you needed they would get it for you. This location was also fantastic because you are close to two tube stations and also Paddington which can get you anywhere via trains, the tube, or the Heathrow Express. You are also walking distance from some very good restaurants and from some supermarkets. The kitchen facilities were also awesome. Beautiful balcony! I've also been to Europe more than once just in the past year and I've always had a smart TV or something more up to date in terms of accessibility and channels. I've been in hotels/ apartments that cost a lot less and offered you breakfast
When I arrived my room was not as clean as I would have hoped. There were remnants of other people's trash or hair on the carpet and in the bathroom. Honestly, the most frustrating thing was the shower. You have to step up very high to get in and I'm worried that somebody may fall. Also, the shower head was more like light rain and if you have hair past your ears it will take you forever to wash it. I would have preferred better lighting in the kitchen area as well. That said, the kitchen facilities were awesome. There was no outlet in the bathroom so you need to use the hair dryer or anything else in the hallway or in the main bedroom. For the price they ask, I would expect something more in my room aside from just coffee and sugar packets. Also, I was in the one bedroom/ bachelor pad and just know that the pictures online are very deceiving. It is quite small

Very nice apartment at a great location. The room is very stylish and the overall look of the place as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen was very poorly equipped and I expected more from this. On the website you see just the recently renovated apartments and the one I got was definitely in need of a make-over. This really made me score the price vs quality a lot lower.

I generally stay at the Native when I'm in London. It's always great. Apartments are clean, with plenty of space to work, cook, and sleep. On the Fourth floor Rear it was especially quiet. And you can't beat the location being so close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations.
I was surprised to learn that the Dryers do not actually dry the clothes completely. They get the clothes to a level of dampness that then requires a drying rack. I understand that this saves energy. But it means you have to plan your laundry in advance.

The rooms are a really good size and the little kitchen is perfect for breakfast and easy meals. The lobby is great and good to sit for work.
Unfortunately I had to leave early (due to a medical problem). The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. However, I was told I could get the remaining nights as credit, but then later told this was not possible due to booking with Booking.com (and not a direct booking). I am sure they could have done something.

there was a problem with the water pipes groaning . it was manageable for a few nights then got much worse. the wonderful staff did what they could so I could sleep.

the 2 bed flat was very spacious, especially for the area. the beds were very comfy and the bedding was soft and clean. lots of windows on both sides of the flat. the staff were super friendly and the location was great for the underground, proximate to Paddington and lots of open top buses stop nearby.
the furniture in the living area of the flat was a bit tired but comfortable and the place always smelled a bit musty.
