It was my birthday and I received a surprise cake and card. Very sweet! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Had a lovely stay, I would definitely recommend! Will also book again for sure. The fireplace was gorgeous! Great for pictures.
Night security was very tense and a bit rude. I understand he was doing his job so I didn’t take offence but he can be more approachable.

The restaurant was to commercial in decor,and the hotel policy is that we had to leave a £400 hold on you credit card for two rooms for two nights which I’m sure is in their terms an conditions but these sort of surprises should be mentioned when booking.
