Nous devions arriver le 21 décembre, le montant a été prélevé le 14. Le 16, je préviens notre hôte que notre Eurostar est annulé pour cause de grève et je lui demande s'il est possible d'obtenir un remboursement partiel ou la possibilité de changer de dates. Je reçois un message ne me proposant rien et m'enjoignant d'annuler au plus vite pour pouvoir le remettre en location (et toucher 2 fois le prix ?). Même en passant par Booking, rien. Quand nous reviendrons, ce ne sera évidemment pas là !
