The rooms were equiped with a small kitchen, they were comfortable and luxurious. The location was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic. Francesco was very helpfull at the reception.

It was very busy with short of stuff. One day I was calling the reception, trying for long, and nobody was responding. There was a constant queu at the reception and the breakfast. I feel they should have more stuff. The light switches at the rooms were not easy to use. The sauna was not working at the spa.

Did not like the carpet throughout the hotel - dull colors and vibe. Really poor experience with calling the hotel several times the next 2 days to get my electric toothbrush back - they did not pick up the phone until after 10 or so attempts to tell me no electric toothbrush was found in the room! In the end I went in person by the hotel concierge who found it in less than 10 minutes!

If you are doing anything in central London stay here! Easy access to both the Circle and District tube lines. The staff here are excellent. I extended my stay here for an additional 4 nights, they were understandably unable to extend the 3mo ahead prepay rate. However they comped breakfast for my entire stay and upgraded me to a view of St.Paul's. Check in times are a little late in the day, however their luggage check is easy and secure. Breakfast is excellent full English (proper Cumberland sausages) with lighter fair holding its own (fresh fruit), this is food I would be happy to pay 30 per head in another restaurant.

Except... you would expect hot water in the shower in such a hotel. My shower was fairly cold for 2/3 days there. Based on the front desk feedback, it seems it wasn't a rare experience.

- Most of the staff were helpful and professional (congrats to Amir at the front desk, who was exemplary) but a few employees never smiled or said « hi » and almost seemed irritated to help - The breakfast hall is really full, loud and warm at weekends. it would be great to have the opportunity to have breakfast in a quiet and enjoyable atmosphere.
