The property operates a self-check in system and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 3 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2pm. If you have booked within 3 days to arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately. Please note that the studio does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided. The building does not have a lift Identification (Passport or ID) may be requested of guests by the property for local bookings. Driver’s license not accepted. Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots for additional guests. Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleans will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room whilst the room is being serviced. Disclaimer of internet service: The Wi-Fi provided is purely complimentary service, which is serviced through a 3rd party supplier. It is intended purely for personal use and cannot be relied on for professional use.
