I think the apartment has recently been renovated. Nice style. Great location, in the center of Bayswater (central line). I have loved the big window on Inverness Terrace.

Bed was really unconformable: hard mattress and creacking at every move. Also the pillow were very uncomfortable, definitely too high to sleep. The road, even if very beautiful, is not really “silent”, consider it if you have problems sleeping with noises.

The instructions for luggage storage was slightly confusing & it would be helpful if cleaning could be arranged for stays shorter than 8 days.

The location was exceptional. The room was lovely with all the useful amenities. Safe entrance and really clean room. Comms were great and staff really helpful.

There was a constant smell of sewage from the toilet/shower. It was possibly not the room's issue because the smell was heavy at most part of the neighbourhood but it still made the experience not that positive.

- For the first 2 days, an unpleasant smell from the shower drain - Lack of flexibility: this was the second time I was staying at this property, and when I politely asked to reduce my 7 nights stay by 1 night due to a personal emergency, they rigidly declined. This was a couple of days prior to the Queen's funeral, at a time when reselling the unit would be the easiest for the host.

The place could have been cleaner. The bathroom bin wasn't empty and I found a tissue on the floor when I arrived the place.

The lack of hot water was disappointing, an extremely cold shower on more than one occasion was not enjoyable. Would benefit from a toaster in the kitchen.

The apartment (no.16) was a good size. The desk space was good for working. The television and living space was spacious. The kitchen was clean and equipped. The bedroom and en suite bathroom on the floor above the living area and kitchen was really lovely. The check in and check out was simple. The location was great (close to Paddington). There were plenty of plug sockets. The room had a fan, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. The entire place was very clean. Value for money.

The bed/mattress was really hard. The kitchen area was very hot as it was like a conservatory with no/limited windows to open to allow for a breeze. The apartment was at the top of the building - up 3 flights of stairs. There was a funny smell after using the shower- I think it was the drainage.

Detailed instructions were provided on how to access the property which made for a easeful checkin. The room was spotless and had it's own little balcony which was great to allow some air through. Everything needed for a short stay was provided and it was very comfortable. Great location, close to two tube lines and access to coffee and grocery stores close by.

I was staying during the heat wave and the room as far as I could tell had no aircon, or fan. Whilst I could have kept the door open I was concerned about access from the other balconies so chose not too making for a very warm few nights.

Everything was excellent.

Both mornings of my stay I was woken up by the cleaners next door as the building is not very soundproof between rooms and floors. Also the decorative pillows on the bed I'm not sure how often they are cleaned but other than that the room was very clean.

Very clean and bigger than we expected based on the reviews. Nicely decorated room. Stayed in flat 12 and had no problems with noise from other rooms, was quiet inside and outside the building. Felt very safe Rooms were hot but a fan was provided which really helped - we would have struggled without this. Bathroom really nice - would definitely stay here again !

No facility to store luggage for the day after checkout - just that little bit extra for your guests would go a long way Bathroom didn’t have antibacterial soap and could do with more shower gel / soap
