The room and bathroom were very good just maybe a little bit to small.

Very convenient for Paddington Station, Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Nice Scandi feel. Toiletries were plentiful and of good quality. Towels were fluffy and the bed comfortable.

The room was very small. Luckily I was on my own but it would have been claustrophobic for 2. The bathroom was tiny (but efficient). Please consider providing more hooks for towels and clothes.

stayed twice and found rooms to be cold no matter what thermostat said - and a little oddly laid out - for example in standard room the bathroom door opens and touched the bed , etc

Very warm and comfortable space, and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and coffee were awesome. Loved the library and selection of books, though I did not have much time to enjoy it. Cherry on top - it's walking distance from the Paddington train station.

Very clean and nice contemporary design. Very close to Paddington Station which makes navigating the city very easy.

Fire Alarm went off several times during stay. This seems to be an ongoing issue reading other reviews. Rooms are tight, as a solo traveller the cosy double is perfect but would be a squeeze for two people. Walls do seem very thin, a lot of noise at times. Area is convenient for navigating the city with transport links but does not offer nice shops, cafes etc.

I stayed only for one night, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great and convenient for who travel for work, very close to Paddington Station and the metro. There is a lot of restaurant around.

The location of the hotel is really great. The room was small but everything needed was there. Especially the design of the room facilitates the storage of all stuff despite its small size. I would highly recommend it and would come back at my next visit in London.

The bathroom lacked counter or shelves by the zink to put your toiletry stuff on, no hooks for towels, no outlet for fan. There was a long black hair on the wall in bathroom. The room had no hooks for outdoor jackets and there was a tennisball under the counter / bookshelf which makes you wonder who well they clean it.

If you are a light sleeper and don’t want to get up really early this isn’t the hotel for you! It was very noisy in the morning, noise travels as you’re so close together… every door bang, voice etc. sounds like it’s about 2m away from you… because it is! So there is no chance of sleeping in past about 7am. The fire alarms are super sensitive, mine went off when I was fast asleep, apparently it was too hot in the room! Also quite minor but there’s no full length mirror which I always find annoying in hotels when staying for an event. I would probably return but take ear plugs and keep the AC on…

This hotel is located in an excellent location near Sussex Gardens which is served by numerous buses and not far from either Paddington or Marylebone Underground stations. The building seems to be comprised of several interlocking Georgian terraces and done in a very modern clean style. There is free water, coffee and fresh fruit available in the communal area. My basement single room was very efficiently and ergonomically kitted out. Mainly in wood but with enough storage space and plenty of electrical sockets and USB charging ports. The single bed was bigger than average with a super comfortable thick solid mattress.

My basement room was cold due to heating malfunction but the staff were very helpful in resolving the problem and the bathroom did have underfloor heating.

Room was really tiny, cramped with very little floor space to move around. You could roll off the bed straight into the bathroom. I found the bed uncomfortable, a rigid base with a hard mattress is not good.

My deluxe room had quite a lot of space and was very well designed, both in functionality and aesthetics. Kind and helpful staff, the library is a dreamy quiet space, good coffee, tea and some fresh fruit always available (much appreciated), plus there is a restaurant in the premise offering good, healthy food and very kind staff. Location is super convenient, Kensingtons Gardens and Hyde Park are next, and many transport options nearby plus a local vibe.

The room was just next to the elevator plus had a very, very noisy fan from the air system which seemed impossible to switch off. Staff was kind listening to me, but they couldn’t do a lot about it. That was a real pity because the bed was incredibly comfy. I would stay here again, but definitely in a quieter room.

I like the quality of the bed, linens and coworking spaces. great to have later check out than other hotels too meaning less rushing in the morning. hotel has a lovely decor and I have returned a few times and had a consistent experience

Prime location, easy to train station and restaurants. it is a beautifully decorated hotel. tasteful. I loved the library, and restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive, nice and healthy menu.

The walls are pretty thin. the next door bathroom fan was on the entire night and I could feel my wall vibrating with it. I could hear literally everything dropping or knocking next door. the pillows were a bit too hard. No kettle or tea facilities in my room. the Hall way was extremely cold, it was off putting.
