Please check the shower vans. The Kettle and the hairdryer are old. Nespresso machine would be the best :) Sometimes the temperature of the room was extremely hot although we had turn off the heating.

I loved how centrally located the apartment was which was extremely convenient and advantageous for an event I was involved in. The apartment was also equipped with all the necessary mods and cons and more and check in was completely stress free with clear and easy to follow instructions.

I felt that the price was quite high for an apartment that was a little small in size.

what we missed that the flat is rented for tourists, but there are no adapters for electronics, so You have to buy a thing You won’t use anywhere else no matter how long You want to stay. Another thing was that the water in shower is really hard to regulate, so it took quite long time to find that middle when the water is not ice cold or freakin hot :)

The location was very convenient, you’re within walking distance to Soho, Chinatown, Carnaby Street, Oxford Circus, and more! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very nice.

The elevator was out of service the first two days and it was rather difficult getting my suitcase up to the third floor. more importantly though, despite being on the third floor, you could hear EVERYTHING from the street and the windows were rather drafty.

I loved the location. The unit had all the features I expected. The management responded quickly when a repair was needed.

The lift was out of order the entire time. I have arthritis and hauling luggage up and down 60 steps was very difficult for me. The kitchen sink was clogged when I arrived. Management responded quickly to fix it. There was a bottle cap in the bathroom sink drain, but I was able to remove that myself.

The room was small, but not too small, with a good size bed and a desk, so working was not a problem. Great shower. and the apartment was very clean. Very short walk distance to Carnaby Street, Soho, The Palladium etc. A personal thing, but more important, the pillows were perfect

On arrival, I received a text containing the code to open the key safe, but i could not connect, but there is a number to call and the person on the other end was very helpful Would have been nice to have had a simple starter of milk/coffee No air Con - but two fans were provided, however, the tower fan wasn't working at all and the standard fan was lying in pieces in the wardrobe (I could not turn down the heat in the room)

worst sleep I have ever had in my life. can hear absolutely everything. there are bars and takeaways in the square and you can here every word, every argument and people spewing outside. worst sleep I have ever had.

noise from the window, neighbours above at night .. couldn't completely close the window, a bit scarry at night . Not the best view, of the air cool. elevator didn't work, no window/air cond in the bathroom, where it smelled bad, I got some irritation on skin. The bed was not comfortable for me, slept near the wall where there was a mirror above, a bit scarry to have it above.

perfect location. so much to see by foot and then bus or train for longer distances. for a solo traveller size was fine. all amenities needed were there in the room. size is fine for solo traveller or couple of average sized adults. the large fresh food shop around the corner met most of my needs as well.

small issue with shower head that a decent clean to remove any calcium build up would address. i stayed for 8 nights and it felt a bit dusty towards the end. I didn’t feel dirty, minor comments.

The only thing is that it can be very noisy when people pass by or cars as the windows do not keep out noise. But the street itself was quiet, so it was fine. I can imagine as a family this would be to noisy.

Loved the location, and the facilities within the room were compact, modern, clean and well equipped (especially the bathroom and kitchenette). The view and the light form the window was very pleasant.

The bed was not very comfortable (and relatively small - I would not want to have been sharing the bed with my husband) and the communal hall was in need of some TLC (and I saw a mouse in the hallway). The lift was small and often occupied. Overall, none of this really impacted my enjoyment of the accommodation.

The entrance is pretty grim. The front door was smashed, lift out of order and corridors very shabby with peeling paint.
