The location and price were great. We stayed in an apartment and it was very comfortable with good facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful .

Brilliant location for the theatre and all the restaurants at Covent Garden , we had elderly relatives with us and the walking distance was just right. Staff were so friendly and helpful we were aloud straight in the rooms when we got there over a hour early and aloud to leave out luggage then following day , beautiful and clean . highly recommend

The location is fantastic. It is in Covent Garden and close to all amenities in a quiet street away from the main activities. The room is perfectly adequate and is clean. it was one of the cheaper rooms on offer when I booked.

The room is a bit small. I had a single room which was perfectly adequate if you are just using it to sleep. You have to use stairs for quite a few of the rooms. Not a problem for most, but this will be important for others.

A basic but well-sized room, clean and comfortable. Single faucet for hot and cold water (important for the UK, iykyk!!) and an air-conditioner. An oldish building, with stairs and no lift, so manage your expectations. Having said that, it's in a fantastic location! Very near to Covent Garden station, and within walking distance to many great things - Covent Garden itself of course, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus are all 5-15 mins away. Recommend for the theatre district. The hotel itself is away from the main roads and pretty quiet. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff!

The sheets and the bed were looking a tad worn. Double bed is 2 single beds pushed together - FYI.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic and as the hotel is on a traffic-free street it's incredibly quiet for London. Room not the most luxurious but bed was very comfortable and everything worked. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great location, 1 min await from the opera, walking distance from theatres, Covent Garding, National Gallery and great restaurants. The heating keeps the rooms warm once you leave it for about 30 minutes open. Complementary water, tea and water in the room. The receptionist in the evening is friendly and helpful.

The mattress was uncomfortable. If you have a big bag, make sure to ask for a room on the ground floor, since there is no elevator.

Only a couple of mins from Covent Garden but tucked away in quiet location. We just wanted a bed for the night so we could explore and this was perfect, comfortable bed and room, no frills. Receptionists all friendly and helpful. Lockers for luggage so didn’t have to trudge around carrying bags after check out.

The location was absolutely amazing!!!! Your literally in the heart/centre of Central London/West End. Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Convent Garden Etc Every possible food restaurant/bar you can think of. Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean, Caribbean Etc... Tourist Sites, Museums Etc

Whenever I travel, I do tend to prefer apartments/buildings that have a lift. But I do understand for many reasons that certain places, won't have this facility. Whether that's due to the design of the building, budget, space etc
