Location was perfect, staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean and nice. Free wifi.
The room wasn’t soundproof at all, you could hear everything happening in the hallway.

the location is quiet and very good and there is a couple of markets and restaurants near to it, the staff are very friendly and cooperative.
the shower gel and the soap are smelly :( the time for check-in is late little bit 15:00

The room service menu was confusing. It looked as though food actually had to be collected from somewhere but it wasn't clear where. Decided not to use it in the end. Bed wasn't made very well: under sheet not properly tucked in. Had to do it myself.

Room was large and clean. Hotel was nice and was great for the value. Bathroom also was very nice.
The walls are so so so thin. The couple next door to my room were up until 5am being very noisy and I could hear every conversation and other noises even through my headphones. The bed also was 2 single beds pushed together I think which was not very comfortable.

Check in have this strange thing of needing me to give photo ID which they then take a printed copy of. I question why this is needed because other hotels dont require this. I dont have a driving license and dont want to carry my passport around with me. i also don't like staff taking copies of my passport.

The staff made the Hotel. They were friendly and extremely helpful. They made my stay welcoming. I'm making this comment to all staff throughout the hotel, the people who cleaned my room, the staff at reception, the person who stored my luggage. Thank you.

property is near Queensway and Bayswater Underground station. really good location. the Kensington, Hyde park and other tourist area are walking distance. variety of restaurants and stores around. staff from the pantry and housekeeping were really excellent. I stayed in standard double room with breakfast. LOVED the mushroom and even took the recipe.
no expected that the water heater was not working for the first 2 days I was there, but the rest of the days were ok. had to pay for late check out and discrepancy among the 3 different staffs I spoke to. also my MRT card got lost inside my own room used it as a keycard inside (my fault).

Nice restaurant , Friendly staff. They did all they could and eventually changed my room on the last night of my stay.
I was given a room without windows and i am claustrophobic, very tiny room, i couldn not sleep through out the night. Always had to call or go to the reception for an electric Iron despite that it says that it one on the website. No cellular reception in the basement where I stayed. That ruined my entire work trip.

Stay in the heart of London. Located less than 100 metres from Hyde Park, the Central Park Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Queensway Underground Station.
