the location was nothing like the photos the room was not the one we payed for there was dust everywhere and staff were no where to be found

Very poor cleaning, very old bedroom, no employees at the reception. When we arrived it looked like a hunted house… no one was there but the door was opened. Beds were really uncomfortable.

To start with the BENQi accommodation location was not well identified. Only provided: Hyde Park Gate, Kensington and Chelsea, London SW7 5DW plus latitude and longitude, No street number, at destination nothing indicating BENQi, But someone asked me if I was looking for BENQi. The same person told me the room I book "had problems" and it was not available. So I was offered a new one. I was told I would have a taxi to take me there (this would not be charged) and it would be a complete apartment. The trip took 30 minutes, The "apartment" was really a tiny room, without heating, no warm water, and no towels. The phone number provided had no one answering. And my complaint that I left "no heating, no warm water, and no towels" was never answered. Instead of central London it was located in NW of London. Not near the Central underground as I was told.

We (my son and I ) booked the Twin room , only to arrive and be told we had to share with my brother (him and his son ) who had also booked a twin , they said his room didn’t have a bathroom , so we would all be better in a nice big sharing room . It was hardly a big room , 3 beds crammed into a room , with a bathroom , leaking tap , and dirty shower.

I shared a bathroom with dozens of other people and it was not being cleaned, it was disgusting. I could not shower because I would be dirtier after bathing in that place.

The place was dirty. It took us a while to get to the location, and no one answered when we tried calling. We had a tiny room that could not accommodate four people as requested. We were so uncomfortable. The entire place is so run down and dirty. The photos were very misleading. Booking.com should not have such a place for advertising as accomodation; it is way below standard. I deserve a total refund.

When we arrived at the location, we waited for 45 minutes in the “hotel’s” reception area. When we were eventually seen, we were informed that we couldn't stay at the hotel because it was overbooked. It quickly became apparent that they had significantly overbooked as we started speaking to groups before and after us that had been told the same thing. One of the groups who had arrived earlier informed us that the hotel had been aware of the overbooking for some time but had not made any attempt to contact us about this situation in order for us to make alternative accommodation arrangements. Additionally, the same 'overbooked' hotel was still available to book for the same number of guests for that night on booking.com when I went back and looked. It became immediately clear that this was probably a common occurrence at this hotel and that they were most likely employing this tactic to generate revenue. When questioned about why this had happened and why we were now without accommodation, they struggled to provide us with a straight answer and their story kept changing. They were also not the least bit compassionate about the fact they had overbooked and now that we had nowhere to stay. The staff were ignorant, rude, and seemed to have no genuine expertise, let alone know how to run a hotel. If I could give it a 0, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we arrived we were told the accommodation was overbooked and that we could stay in a different apartment. We went with this option but we had to wait 40 mins as it had to be cleaned. When we arrived back after over an hour we were told it was not ready and that there were actually 2 rooms available for us. The next group of guests arrived at this time and were told the exact same story. The rooms were not clean, were really hot, smelly and we were unable to keep the windows open. The lock on the room also did not work. Do not stay here. It is not worth the cheap price and does not feel safe!

We didn't sleep there and I will write a complain regarding the experience.

well they didn’t speak English and the room was up five flights of stairs I had to carry my own stuff up and down the stairs. Nobody on reception when you need them. My window didn’t close properly so it was very noisy due to traffic going past all night. the pictures on the web site of booking.com isn’t right when you get there.The window seil was falling apart. had to share my bathroom

It is a SCAM, the adress is not complete so you can't fond it, when you cal he saus the booking does not exist and does not retirn the money

Stay away from this property. The address given was not a real address and the phone number was a mobile phone which I called several times, left messages and received no call back. I had to get another room at the last minute and I will be requesting a full refund of course
