The complimentary drinks was not enough for the guests but I think you can always ask them. Check out time should extend till 12nn. There some things to be fixed inside the room. Like the floor. Cups and glasses needs to be changed. Additional cutleries should be provided.

the shower cubicle is a little awkward, there is no soap dish to place soap whilst bathing, also water fills at the bottom very quickly as drainage is slow. so you have to wait for the water to go down before opening shower door as the cubicle is elevated and opening the door too early would result in water dripping out. if room is on ground floor it can be a bit noisy as I think the staff/cleaners storage cupboards are downstairs and they are moving around early in the morning chatting away.

It’s a very good hotel in a perfect location as I had a few jobs in Mayfair and the hotel is really close to the city center even walking distance. The rooms are very nice. The receptionists were always professional, kind, friendly and helpful. Good wifi and the quality/price for a room in this area of London is truly amazing.

I stayed 5 weeks in this hotel, and for an hotel of this quality the cleaning wasn’t professional. On top of that I forgot a small vanity bag with a precious jewellery inside… I called the hotel the following day (as I was flying to NYC I didn’t notice before) to ear that the cleaning ladies “didn’t see anything” or “put it in the bin” (which would be ridiculous since the receptionist confirmed me that when a client forget something they should bring it to the reception, and I left it in the bathroom closet, not in the bin area). So, since things don’t disappear magically, either they decided to keep the jewellery that was inside for themselves, either they threw it away when they should have brought it to the reception instead… In both case this is really disappointing, the lack of honesty from the cleaning staff is unacceptable (even if the receptionist was very helpful and tried his best, thank you again for that).

Superb location and I absolutely loved the attic room, felt like coming home. For my needs it was just fabulous. Had a weeklong course and walked there every morning through Kensington Park, could prepare some food daily in the small roomkitchen, equiped with water boiler,toaster,fridge, microwave and sink. Enough space to do yoga on the wooden flour and plenty of cupboard space. The room was clean and also cleaned everyday with fresh towels.even left dishwashing was taken care of.Staff was very helpful when I had to find a new residence after my flight was cancelled.

It is really a pity the cooker can't be used,but the big bummer is definitely the matras. It is a broken springbox with holes, complete rubbish and very uncomfortable, it is in urgent need for replacement! I was lucky I didn't have to share the bed, lying diagonally was the only way of lying relatively on a horizontal line. The shower is a bit challenging but being small and flexible helps.

Great location and a great price. The staff was lovely and helpful. All the tourist attractions are really near and there are a lot of transportation opportunities near. Amazing stay for that good of a price. The bathroom was okay and we didn't find it too small. (like some other reviews said)

The room wasn't the cleanest, some of our sheets had yellow spots on them and the floor was sticky in some parts of the room. There was a lot of noise coming from the streets and inside the house and you could hear it all.

The hotel is in a great Location which made it really easy for work. The rooms are really spacious with a great on suite and Kitchen facilities. The products in the bathroom was a nice little touch as well.

I didn't find the apartment very clean. I picked up the remote for the TV and it was covered in dust! I wanted to grab a glass of water before going to bed but only hot water was coming out of the taps no cold no matter what I did. The room was also lacking some basics like enough milk sachets for a couple of coffees and no hairdryer in the room either.

The bed was perfectly adequate and there was nothing wrong with the room apart form the fact it was on the third floor & I have some long standing injuries & there was no lift.

The room was on third floor and there was no lift. There was some decorating going on whilst I was there but it wasn't too inconvenient and there was no decaf tea or coffee and no alternative to dairy milk.

Sehr Gute Lage. 1 min zur U-Bahn Lancaster Gate. Daher sehr gute Verbindung mit U-Bahn und Bus. 1 min im Hyde Park. Bahnhof Padington 6 min entfernt. Personal hilfsbereit. Kleine Süße Unterkunft über 4 Etagen. Kein Aufzug. Zimmer 21 welches unseres war mit Schrägen und kleiner Dusche. Nix für große Menschen. ansonsten Föhn, Handtücher, Duschbad und Seifenproben vorhanden. Küche mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, 2 Herdplatten, Toaster, Mikrowelle vorhanden
