Was greeted with please, very quick check in process, luggage was brought to the room - very nice reception/lobby, warm and sexy rooms. we celebrated our wedding anniversary and we asked for Champane and found it in the room and also rose petals on the bed - really nice and pleasant. Nice breakfast, nice and polite staff.

Just a suggestion (not necessary, but..) maybe breakfast menu can be reprinted and made a bit clearer and more detailed on all breakfast options, the rest was superb

Quietness, cleanliness and design of the rooms. Restaurant is good with elegant menu and atmosphere.

Remoteness of the hotel from all attractions and what made it even worse was the lack of chic cafes or restaurants in the neighborhood other than the hotel’s. You have to walk around 30 minutes to reach the cafes at Haussmann Blvd or around la Madeleine or the ones around Opera Garnier.

we paid extra for the pool because of heat wave. when we got to hotel we were advised it’s actually part of the spa which is an extra fee. management did end up giving us complimentary access to pool after complaining. also we knew it was an adult hotel, but we didn’t realize it was for romantic rendezvous…the air conditioning was also not working for 2 of 5 nights during a heat wave. they did give us fans and offered to move to another room and breakfast to make up the inconvenience. the hotel is a nice French residential area, 20-30 min walk from key Paris attractions. so if you need to be closer reconsider and stay in 1 arondissment. by end of stay hotel staff did try to make up all our inconveniences. the bar and restaurant is surprisingly quaint, charming with really quality food. spa was small but a nice way to unwind the day. the rooms were very charming and comfortable- like the ‘red room’, great tub in room. definitely memorable

I choose this hotel because of the SPA, but it wasn’t included. And even when I was ok to paying, they didn’t have a spot. I couldn’t even look the pool. Because when I came down to see it, they were cleaning it and the girl from staff was super rude saying I could access. I tried to explain I just wanted have a look. She didn’t allowed me being super rude. So, it is a 5 star hotel, the guest expect and deserve a 5 start treatment. Also, if u want to sell people the SPA service, is not smart not allowing them to look at it. Very disappointed.

Cool tech in rooms and jacuzzi

Quite far away from the centre, but depends what you are after. Spa is not free. Why?? Stayed in room 442 and it was tiiiiny and felt very dark. I found the bed and pillows quite uncomfortable (synthetic filling). Charged €27 for a bottle of water - none provided, unlike most places. Coffee machine didn't work Did not acknowledge my birthday. Should be better at the pricepoint.

Un très bon hôtel au service impeccable. Ma chambre était assez petite mais j'avais choisi un 1er prix et cependant elle était très fonctionnelle et surtout mention spéciale pour tout les réglages domotiques de dingue (à conseiller à tout les geeks vous allez adorer!!) et mention encore plus spéciale à la baignoire balnéo absolument géniale (et règlable par télécommande)

bonjour C'est justement le probleme. a savoir une qualité moyenne des produits, une orange pressé qui n'en est pas une, et un service pour vacancier... quasiment 35 MINUTES entre la prise de commande et la consommation du petit dejeuner pour un café un peu de lait et quelques vienoiserie congelés. C'est bien trop long pour des personnes qui travaillent et qui ont des avions a prendre Un tarif escessif par rapport à la prestation d'ensemble, mais ce soir la tous les prix etaient exorbitant à paris

Très bel hotel, rue calme et entrée discrète. Personnel extrêmement attentif et à l'écoute. Chambre comfortable invitant à la détente. Logement parfait pour un sejour romantique ou seul pour profiter du jacuzzi
