Good location, great value for money, helpful staff

Very friendly staff and cute room

Perfect stay and excellent staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, I had a nice view, there is a kettle and cups in the room, which for me is a must as I like to have coffee first thing in the morning. It was easy to get here from Gare Du Nord, Temple metro station about 60 seconds from the hotel entrance and its well connected. The area is great, about 15 min walk from Le Marais, and I felt safe walking at night. There is a big supermarket right at the back, and an Italian restaurant across the road that specializes in hand made pasta and does takeout, which was really handy for when I didn't feel like going out to eat. I would absolutely recommend.

first of all- the receptionists Harvey, Kristell, Joe, are the kindest , patient , most helpful, warm and smiling that I ever met! their welcome was so warm and they were always patient with my questions the location was fantastic! as a female solo traveler it was safe to go to/ from in the dark, located in the middle of the Marais, lots of restaurants and coffee shops and good vibes around. the lobby was decorated in good taste with beautiful elegant furniture. the room was decorated beautifully , with a balcony with views to the beautiful streets of Paris. the bed was very comfortable , the shower was great and big. and even though in France the rooms are small, there was a lot of space to put your belongings . I just wish I could stay there more nights

location and view from the 6th floor was just magnificent, overall athmosphere of the hotel is nice, price for the stay was about right

Beautiful, well located, very kind and helpful staff.

Great location close to multiple different metro lines. Easily walkable to the Marais district. An array of restaurants on the doorstep. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Warm room (winter visit) but with windows which open to allow fresh air.

staff was very nice. location was top and room completely adequate, especially upstairs you have a wonderful view. I would come again!

The location was amazing and the staff were so lovely! Would highly recommend you stay here!! Only bad thing was that room was a little dated and there were definitely some areas of concern when it come to the inside of the toilet and certain corners of the room.

Location is great. We walked everywhere from the hotel. There are however metro stations very near to the hotel. Reception staff so lovely and friendly. Room for three was good. Bathroom very small but adequate for our four night stay. Walls are thin and we were awoken every morning to loud chatting from rooms above us.

Staff speaks good English, nice and very attentive, they remembered each customer and were aware of the lengths of each stay, location was very convenient too, close to metro and supermarkets.

The location is perfect , there are also lots of nice restaurants and cafes around there . There are also 2 metro stations near the hotel République and Temple . My room was at the top floor and it had a really nice view !! The people at the reception were very kind , always.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location (safe area and a few mins walk to the metro), the gentleman on the desk was so friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful. It felt very quintessential parisienne and historic (with the added bonus of an elevator!) I will book this hotel next time I'm in Paris
