Very good location, 1 min walk from Republic metro station with multiple lines. The room id very spacious, with a good view. There’s an elevator, which is definitely a plus for Paris

The facilities are very old and smell moldy. The elder staff (at night) was a bit rude to us, but we think it’s normal in Paris. Every other staff are just giving poker faces, like they’ve been underpaid. Just don’t expect friendly service here.

Great location

The morning staff was so disrespectful I cried all the way to the airport. There was no water or tea/coffee facilities in the room and after 30 hours of flying this was necessary but sorely lacking. The evening staff were very helpful though. Even the taxi driver after seeing the way I was spoken to suggested a different hotel next time. It was shameful behaviour. On top of all that, all I could hear was couples having sex through the walls.

The location is absolutely perfect for walking around Paris and for taking public transport everywhere you need to go! The room was clean and some of the staff was very friendly.

The room was at the 5th floor and during the night there was a constant horrible noise coming from the elevator's room engine. Although I put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, the staff still entered. Some staff people were rude and cranky.

I didn't like that was not hand soup when they have the facility for this and under covid they should have it. The pillow was really really uncomfortable you couldn't even move it was bad. Plus not information about WiFi
