Well received on arrival at reception and also when leaving. Easy communication for me because receptionists all spoke excellent English. Helpful with directions to where I was going, both in the evening and in the morning. Very good ensuite bathroom faclities. Comfortable amount of space in my room and a good night's sleep.

I stayed in 2 rooms, the first was a a basic room with double bed, very small, all 10m. Still, it was clean, warm, slept well, window was not facing the street so it was silent, bathroom was in a different room with a door. Breakfast for 8 euro was well worth it. Second room, a superior double room, larger, like 15-ish, newly renovated, new carpet, new bed, led's, small desk.

First room is very small. Although the bed is double, it's not possible for 2 people to move in that room. Second room : Downsides were that it was loud as it was facing the street, i did not sleep well, and toilet was inside the room. Literally they put a glass panel and door in a corner and behind it was the toilet and shower. This would be quite inconvenient if not alone.

This is a comfortable, attractive, and well run hotel in a great area. I only had the breakfast one time because I don't eat that much in the morning, but I thought it was a very good value.

The staff (reception, housekeeping, breakfast) are all very friendly. They are the most smiley people I've encountered in Paris! The room is small but well-thought, very clean and comfortable. There was a small balcony to stand on and admire the view of Parisian rooftops. Location is amazing. Lobby is very comfy and welcoming as well. Will definitely come back every time I come to Paris!

The hotel has very good location. Most of the touristic attractions are reachable by foot and there is easy access to public transportation. The staff was very friendly, helpful and some of them even funny 🙂

I made my reservation in last minute so it was very expensive. Also the room was very tiny and dark. It was not a big problem as I was out for most of the day but I was lacking a bit more comfort.

We had a very good stay at Minerve. The hotel is close to several metro station and is very easy to travel to from Gare du Nord, where the Eurostar is. The room and bathroom were on the bigger side for Paris standards. There are lots of restaurants and shops around. The street doesn't get too busy or loud at night time.

The lift is very small - can fit two people without luggages, if you do have luggages you will most likely need to go one person at a time.

The toom (on the 5th floor) was very small for two people with the wash hand basin actually located in the bedroom (bathroom which was small contained shower and toilet) - all a little bit more cramped for space than we expected - otherwise no other complaints
