it’s very clean
there was no light in the bathroom! also the room is very cold ! the fire is very hard to be open , the hairdryer was not working very disappointed

The room was beautiful with a view of the balcony. the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lady at the front desk. she was bubbly and very welcoming with good recommendations of things to do.
the internet let down the experience a little, it was intermittent.

We booked a room with a balcony and this exceeded our expectations. The view was exceptional! The room size was bigger than expected for Paris and we were able to walk to multiple different metro stations and to Montmarte too.
The bed could have been more comfortable and we had some issues with smells from the pipes in the bathroom but to be expected in any older building in Paris. Everything else was perfect!

wish the wifi was better, room didn't have a fridge, despite being newly renovated, the bed and the desk were old and falling apart, the toilet did not have a lid and there was no light in the shower so when you shower in the night time you need to leave the curtain open to at least get some light from the bathroom..

Rooms are quite small. Breakfast is in the basement and sometimes it gets quite chilly down there. Location is not the most convenient in terms of where attractions are and where public transport through the city are.

The hotel is a lovely, elegant, French styled hotel. I loved the interior decoration of the rooms - the curtains, wallpaper and furniture. I was working from my room during my stay and found it a very pleasant space to work in - high ceilings and good room size. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English at the front desk.
My room didn't have air conditioning so it was a little warm at times. It is situated on a busy street, which is fine when the windows are closed, but noisy if you have them open. Coffee making in the room very basic - instant coffee etc.
