very clean old school Parisian hotel. the bedroom is large and comfortable. everything is rather old but very clean. this hotel is an interesting time capsule that takes you back to the sixties or so. everything in this hotel screams Paris 1960/70. personally I loved this timeless simple elegance. The staff is also extremely kind. Highly recommended.

some staff were a bit rude, when the rooms were cleaned our stuff was scattered on the floor. for the price and a 3 night stay, this was ok, but probably would not recommend staying for much longer.

The staff although nice, was very edgy as the hotel was apparently full.

The hotel room was very, very clean and spacious. It was much cleaner than some very expensive places I have stayed at before. The decor is of course a bit dated but not surprising and not in a bad condition. Good value for your money.

The door lock is old and weak, I think that needs changing. Also, soundproofing is not great (if it's really there), you can hear anything in the corridor. Not the most comfortable beds to me.

Excellent attitude at the reception desk. Multiple heating options in the room. Even the single-bed room has a luggage stand, mini fridge, and stationery. Luggage kept in a safe manner.

The doorlocks are indeed romantic, with old-style simple long keys, but the noise they produce means that neighbours' struggle with them drills in your head. If sound-proofing is a huge investment, changing the doorlocks is not.

I did not take breakfast as I can get better value outside the hotel. The bathroom is spacious and modern. A big contrast to the bedroom which was old and tired. I like the location. So central and well connected; all that I wanted to do for two days were on the doorstep.

Match the bathroom! The room would look more welcoming if it has the same effect as the bathroom.
