The location is the best aspect of this place, it is so close to everything - 15 minutes by walking to Musee d'Orsay, 20 minutes to Louvre & Jardin de Tullieries, 10 minutes to the Pantheon & Jardin du Louxemburg. A lot of metro stations near the hotel, supermarkets, cafes. Very safe, very quiet, very nice area. I appreciated that I requested an early check-in and my room was actually ready at 10 am, when I arrived to the hotel, and that the stuff is very nice and helpful.

It was very cold in the room, but the staff was nice and they gave me an extra blanket. You have to have your own shower gel with you - there is only soap available. They only give you a small and a large towel, and it is not changed every day. You do not have a cup or an electric tea kettle in the room, or other amenities.

Shower head did not have an attachment on the wall (classically French/European design) but meant that showering was not very comfortable. Installing an attachment so guests can stand underneath the hot water would be much appreciated. Narrow and windy stairs were a bit tricky to navigate with suitcases, but doable. Room didn't have a lot of character apart from wooden beams on ceiling. White walls, gray/black carpet, generic hotel decorations on the wall, felt a bit plain and corporate. Would appreciate a bit more color added into the room or unique decorations.

My room was on the top floor, which could be challenging for some people, because there is no elevator and the staircase is narrow, winding, and steep. The breakfast was pretty expensive for what it was. The coffee is not great.

Hotel is a bit airless on the ground floor - few windows in room and common area like the breakfast room. They did give me a fan which helped, but I imagine in a warm day it would be pretty stuffy there.

I had a room on the 4th floor without a lift. It was an issue to go upstairs. For older clients It would be impossible. Equipment in a room was old, updated.

We were able to connect to Wifi but the interent wasn't working so we couldn't use it on our phones. It worked only on laptop. I think it would be nice to have a kettle in the room with some coffee and tea.
