The location is excellent for visiting the Left Bank, with metro and RER access right outside the door. Staff and management were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and up to date.
There was a bit of street noise since the hotel is located on a busy intersection of a major city- however it wasn’t disturbing and the windows are new and well insulated. The elevator ran from the 1st floor only, so anyone with mobility issues or large heavy suitcases would have difficulty getting up the narrow entry stairs.

The rooms were small but location was fantastic - spotless clean and lovely staff . Beautiful French feel to the place as promised :) really enjoyed our stay - 8 adults x 4 rooms - would love to return. The latin quarter was perfect location for food and drinks and souvenirs and we travelled via the Toot Bus over the 3 days stay which was perfect

Excellent Location. Friendly and helpful staff members
Rooms are pretty small, the bed took most of the room so navigating around it with relatively low baggage was tricky No elevator from the entrance to the lobby (1 floor) but there is an elevator from the lobby to the rest of the floors

Nice rooms. Comfy bed
Room can be a bit small if you have many luggages

My room was very clean and bright with great air conditioner. The staff were friendly and kind. The windows in the room provided gorgeous street views but also had blackout curtains for a nice dark and quiet sleep! Great water pressure and temperature.
I wish the shower had a place to attach the hand held shower so that I could have stood in the shower. Also, the stairs t o the reception and elevator are very steep and hard to manage with a large suitcase - just something to caution other travelers about.

A nice hotel in a lively neighborhood of Paris. Conveniently located, close to most attractions (45 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower for example) and in between several Metro stations. Excellent bed, clean room, fairly good soundproofing and an air-conditioning that worked well. Personally, the 'lively' neighborhood meant I did not sleep that well, but that might be personal. The noise was not excessive, but the neighborhood is also not 'quiet'.

The location was excellent
The room was small and you could hear people in neighbouring rooms. One night there was a lot of noise in the corridor up to 1am

Very clean and comfortable hotel in excellent location. The room was small, but no smaller than is average for Parisian hotels. It is on a busy intersection so if windows are opened it is noisy, but the windows, when closed, provide excellent soundproofing. Traffic did not disturb me at all. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked well. Housekeeping staff were lovely. The nearest Metro station is right outside the door and the RER to the airport is close. I managed to walk everywhere - didn't need to use transport except to and from the airport.
As reported by many, the reception staff are a bit abrupt, but were happy to assist if questions were asked - just don't expect them to fawn over you or assist unless asked.

Most important, the staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful, they spoke and understood english good. Very clean room. Slept good in bed. If you wanted hot water, it got hot instantly. The minibar was good(although we didn’t take anything). In our room we could hang or fold our clothes in a built in wardrobe which was nice. the Wi-Fi was ok too. Some people that has left comments here said it was noisy, ofc it’s noisy, it’s in the middle of Paris😅 but we loved it, and didn’t think of it to be honest
A little cold in the night(January)

The hotel is ideally located and the rooms are clean.
We booked nine rooms, the concept of which appeared too much for the receptionist to process, thus check-in took significantly longer at this property than the other three visited during our trip. One of the rooms was for an elderly couple, with mobility issues, who needed to be accommodated before the other members of our group. Though we requested an early check in for them, reception insisted they could not check them in before 2:00pm and stuck firmly to that decision. Also problematic was that the reception is quite tiny (a small sofa and two chairs-which meant the others could not wait there until check in) and located on the first floor (second floor for Americans) with no elevator access.

Location is good and easy to get to from the airport.
Wifi speed wasn't great so had to rely on data for the most part.

Nice hotel in a historical part of the city, beautiful views on Musée de Cluny and Tour Eiffel. Large windows, vintage french stayle furnishing, friendly personnel, perfect location close to Jardin du Luxembourg. Enjoyed it very much!

All went well, except see below!
Wish I could have a cup of tea at/after 10:00hrs. But the management refused. This was a real setback!

A cute vintage-style hotel. The location was perfect for our stay and Next to the RER B Train, making getting to the airport easy. Nothing fancy, but great value for your money.

The hotel is relatively well situated.
The passing streets are very noisy and the room has no isolation. One night someone started cutting the asphalt.

V good location
Bad smell in the room, probably due to bathroom drainage

Central location- short walking distances to all centrally located tourist attactions; also Metro entrance in a few steps. Room: very clean, lovely furnished, clean towels every day. Shower gel in the bathroom with a very pleasant smell.
It was a bit noisy from outside. No loud-reduced windows.

The location is amazing, you can do Paris on foot from that location. The rooms is small(normal in Paris context), but very comfortable and elegant, smelling very good, and the bathroom was very large in this context. The personal was extremely polite and very helpful with everything that you needed (taxis, cleaning of clothes) Definitely worth a revisit
WIFI was useless

Maybe we got unlucky with our room but the only good thing about this hotel was the location
Front desk blond lady was super unfriendly and not helpful at all, it was really bizarre. She would stare at you with a blank stare and no smile like you were inconveniencing if you asked anything. I just needed the wifi password... She was more interested in chatting with the other staff members than helping guests. Room didn’t feel clean either, a bit out dated. We woke up to the stinkiest smell in the morning. Felt like our room was in the sewage pipes - just pee smell everywhere. I stayed in 4 different hotels in paris on my trip and this was the only one to smell like this.

location is very central and convenient.
the staff: I was almost 8 months pregnant and there is on flight of stairs at the entrance that needs to be climb up and down by feet. when I asked for help to bring down my luggage, the staff has been extremely rude, showing me what a pain it was for them to help me. I will never recommend such an unfriendly staff to anyone. very disappointing and shocking as well.
