Didn’t have breakfast. Staff were at minimal friendly - evening Porter was not friendly at all. Room was lovely and modern but had a cup under leaky radiator and dirt surround in bathroom needed repair and paint. Room modern and clean and very comfortable.

Just the staff could have been more pleasant.

The hotel couldn't be in a more central location. It's just perfect. Like most hotels in Paris...the room was tiny, with little space around the bed. However, the room was cozy, very clean, comfortable and quiet (was facing the inner yard). The lady at the reception was very nice and professional. I haven't tried their breakfast but it looked good.

A few things I didn't like... 1. The attitude of one of the gentlemen at the reception...check-out is at 11.30, at 10.15 my key didn't work, went downstairs to sort it out, he did something to it and it still didn't work. I came back downstairs and asked him to fix it and he just said....Ask one of cleaners on the floor to open the room for you. 2. I hate it when you book a room ans then the hotel sends you loads of emails. I booked for 2 days and they sent me 7 emails...7. 3. The bathroom had a strange layout. The sink was in the entrance hall.

The location was perfect. Such a cool area and really just had everything at my finger tips.

The room is very small, I got the single (one person room). But it had everything I needed. I just didn’t like the fact the toilet isn’t really sectioned off completely from the rest of the room. But the location made up for that.

Arrived by Metro from the station. Very convenient. The hotel location is excellent for shopping, restaurants and bars. Other tourist attractions can be reached easily by Metro.

The hotel itself is acceptable, but the price we paid is probably based on it's location rather than anything else. Our room was quite small for a double and it was an internal room with windows into an enclosed well, with little natural light and a lift shaft. Fortunately we were only there for two nights.

A few minutes walk to major Paris sights like Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Louvre. Very welcoming staff. I didn’t try the breakfast option, hence cannot comment.

A kettle and mug in the room would have been nice to make a cup of tea (had brought my own tea bags). Also, a reusable glass would have been more environmentally friendly than the provided paper cup which is also not leak proof when putting water into it overnight on the bed side table.

The location was great! It was 200m by feet away from the metro station, so it was easier to get to any destination. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean.

The room was too small for 2 people and we had as a window view the elevator and because of this we didn’t have fresh air from outside.

I got single room 105. The room wasn't very clean (especially bathroom walls). I would appreciate if hotel provided a real window view for the smaller rooms. I didn't expect to see the Eiffel tower but what I got was a view on elevator! Breakfast is overpriced, at any restaurant in Paris you will pay a bit less for the same food and get more options.

The room temperature was way too high and turning down the heating didn't do much. A pity to have to leave the window open to be able to sleep (waste of energy)

The location of the hotel is very central. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral. a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. My room got cleaned everyday.

The single Room was quite small like 5 m2 or something. When you sit you are also in the shower somehow. It was a bit uncomfortable for a big person like myself. The building is quite old and they renovated some parts. The elevator was also quite small but sweet. Beds were also not very comfy. The main negative is the room I would say.
