The hotel style is lovely. The room was adequate for us three and just the right size, not too small. We had everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was lovely, nice bread.

It was a bit noisy through the night. We could hear all the traffic and the road sweepers. That's due to the sound proofing - could be improved. So something to note if you are a light sleeper. The lift is tiny so if you have luggage it's a little bit of a squeeze. However these are just minor things.

It was a perfectly comfortable stay for 3 people. The room was clean, size was not huge, but acceptable. It can be bright outside due to the streetlights at night, but the blackout curtains worked well. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. I appreciated the snacks at the reception :)

Nothing really. For the triple room, a 3rd towel hook in the bathroom would have been nice ;)

Staff is very friendly. Location is close to Gallery Lafayette and metro stations. Walking distance to many Parisienne brasseries. 5min walk to the Opera. 15min walk to Pl Vandome. Room was comfortable.

The toilet is separate room from the bathroom/shower. Toilet had no sink you would have to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands. Room was great. Just not used to having a toilet with no sink near it.

Great hotel in a great location, there are several metro stops within minutes of the hotel that will take you anywhere in Paris but you could easily walk to The Louvre for example. The breakfast was pretty good, the bed was SUPER comfy and it seemed as though it had been recently refurbished and was spotless. I honestly think I may have been the first person to stay in the room I was in it was that clean. Also, it was my birthday while I was there and they left a card and a bar of local chocolate in my room as a gift which was a welcome treat. The next time I'm in Paris I'll definitely stay there again! Really, really great place.

I had notification that I had to travel to Paris at the last minute, so booked this hotel without being able to do a lot of research on it. I was pleasantly surprised, and believe Hotel Helios Opera is an undiscovered gem! Beautiful Parisian architecture and the room was comfortable and well stocked. Great location. I didn't have the breakfast, but it smelt wonderful! On departure, I had an hour before I was due to catch the Eurostar. The Receptionist was lovely and served me a coffee and croissant whilst I worked. It's the little things that make all the difference. I am returning to Paris next week, and have automatically booked this hotel.

The only thing I would change is providing English breakfast teabags in the room.
