it was colourful. the shower was amazingly strong and the hairdryer was excellent. the bottle of water was much appreciated. when I left on Saturday I walked straight into a local street market. the streets felt safe. I had a choice of public transport

I really didn't like the fact that the hotel has enabled the ability to pay with virtual card, however, once I arrived, they wanted to charge me the full price even though I already paid it up-front, because the hotel staff was not familiar with this type of payment. I spent one and half hour trying to explain to the staff that I already paid. The receptionist was not helpful at all with little english knowledge, which only increased our inability to resolve this issue. Everytime I tried to ask him to call his local booking.com support, he answered that he does not have any number and basically stated it is not his problem, but rather mine. After I reached out to booking.com customer support, I waited about 40 minutes until they were explained everything by booking.com. I was told that the mistake was made by the hotel, as they mistakenly charged only part of the total amount from my virtual card (I didn't properly understand the reason, but it was some kind of refundable reservation fee), however, I received no apology which was quite unfortunate and I wish I had seen at least some remorse by the hotel staff as none of this was my fault yet I was the one trying to find out the solution and I was doing everything by myself to sort the situation out.

Location is great, area is very charming , with nice cafes but it’s not very touristic . You can find supermarket near by , buss stop, or just have walk to the city center. Hotel is very clean and cozy , the bed and pillows was comfortable. Stuff was friendly and helpful.

They made me change room the second night without informing me in advance. The first room I got was not looking at all like the ones visibile on the website, I guess that maybe they got overbooked for the new year's eve

The place is very clean, comfy and cute. Location is also very good, it is close to Montmartre,I needed approximately 8 min to walk there. Subway is near the hotel as well, so you can get at any location easily and fast. Staff was very friendly! they helped me in every situation! I was very satisfied and happy!

The elevator and corridor was a bit narrow, we had trouble to bring our luggage to our room.
