The staff, the hotel, the location were all wonderful! The location was perfect and we felt very safe. The room was very quaint, clean and private. The staff was overly helpful and kind. the downstairs bar / lounge area was very welcoming and cozy. We did not have time to use the spa and pool area but, it looked absolutely wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when back in Paris.

Perfect location - situated close to many art galleries, book shops, cafes, and shops, you will never get tired exploring the surrounding area The courtyard is also a joy, filled with many plants and nice lighting at night

The Cafe Laurent could have had more food options The shower handle fell off first night, some of the facilities are a little aged

This is a rare gem - with its inner courtyard also a bit of an oasis from the busy streets around it. The gym is solid and the swimming pool is very nice. The service was amazing, there were all the amenities of a top hotel with a boutique hotel feel. Will be back!

All the public spaces are amazing. The pool and Spa made my winter evening so mu ce more relaxing, especially followed by a drink by the fire.

the room was very small with very little light. the bathroom was badly designed with a glass window constantly banging on the counter. My breakfast arrived 30 minutes late only after I called to follow up, leaving me rushing to finish it before check out and in the end leaving it half unfinished. No compensation from staff which surprised me as they were absolutely fantastic in ll other regards.

A very expensive face cream went missing due to my stay. The housekeeping team denied taking it, but unfortunately it was removed from my room when it was being cleaned. So that was super disappointing but otherwise this hotel is a 10/10
