Could open the windows to get fresh air. Large bathroom. Plenty of towels. Slippers. Quality shampoo / body wash.
I never like the toilet to be separate from the bathroom, which it was (I understand this is very personal and is nothing against the hotel, I just don't like it :) On a very rainy night, when I asked for an umbrella, I was told the one they had was broken. I was surprised they did not have enough umbrellas. Notwithstanding that one incident, overall a positive stay. The staff and management were attentive.

Location as near to our offices. Homely feel of the property. UK Adaptor / USB / charging pad on desk. Very quiet Wonderful L'Occitane products - a treat !
There is a kettle but no spoon Water Plug in bath not working properly - idem in the basin No basic cosmetic products such as cotton wool Pastries served at Breakfast tasted old and were definitely not fresh - a real shame as one expects the best croissants, pains au chocolat and pains au raisin !!

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel. Overall the experience was good, but I give it two stars because of the customer service of Maddy, the lady at the front desk. I requested more than 4 times the original invoice via email and they never sent it to me, they always sent me the scanned document and unfortunately if it is not the original document my company cannot reimburse me. When the client leaves the hotel they are no longer interested in providing any customer service. For sure we will not return to this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. From arrival, we arrived in the morning to leave our bags, when we came back, they had already put our luggage in our room. This was the first time a hotel has ever done this. So we liked everything the hotel offered. Also the location is great, close to metro and there’s a bus stop (Bassano)that goes on the same street. we took it to Gallery La Fayette.
