Amazing location, very close to all the main attractions and good sized room

The beautiful new shower needs a place to hold soap and shampoo.

The Staff was lovely and helpful. They all spoke good english which was a huge +. The most positive would have to be the location and it’s close proximity to many popular tourist spots, but also to good restaurants, bars, clubs and so on. Also during my short stay it felt quite safe walking around during late hours. After a certain hour at night (like past midnight), the entrance door was locked, but they were always so quick to come open it for you if you came back late. When I first arrived, there was coin on the bed representing the country where I was from, which I felt was thoughtful and welcoming.

What could be improved is the quality of the WiFi connection, it was either very slow or just not working. It didn’t work well in at the least the hotel-room I stayed in, but I’m pretty sure it was the same in the lobby and elsewhere in the hotel. Also the breakfast options were very limited, given it wasn’t so expensive but still you’d expect at least some variety.

The location was really good! It was straightforward to get to and from Paris Gare de Nord/Gare de Lyon stations. The hotel was within a reasonable walking distance to places such as the Notre Dame. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean!

The hotel itself is quite small, the elevator is very tiny and the rooms are quite small, but okay if you just want to sleep/rest there. The rooms didn’t have any kettles as such, this was unfortunate especially for a winter visit.

Incredible location- equidistant to the Seine and Rue Mouffetard for great food! Handy to have an elevator. Very safe neighborhood with good bus lines within a block.

Only complaint would be that the rooms are quite close together and one night I could hear the door to the stairwell slamming and other guest room doors slamming shut. If you’re a light sleeper, just put on white noise. I appreciated the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel if needed but recommend going to one of many boulangeries close by instead.

The receptionists were very helpful. The room was very clean. Everything in the room was working properly, including the wi-fi. The location is very good, very close to 2 metro stations.

It is very good accomodation if you travelling on the budget or need to spend one night in Paris. The room and bathroom were clean, staff members on reception and breakfast are very polite. The breakfast was not very rich but good and sufficient. They can hold your luggage after check-out for free.

I think that my room was too small for two guests as it's proclaimed. I had been here alone but felt a little bit cramped. But it's ok for short stay and that price range - it's the Paris btw :)

Familia Hotel is in a great location that is really well connected to the rest of Paris - I only stayed a night and picked it based on how easy it was to get to CDG airport. The staff were really welcoming and there was plenty to see and do within walking distance. Great value compared to other places nearby, would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are pretty basic and the room wasn't big, but I only needed a place to transit for a night and still thought it was really good value for Paris in the Summer!
