I didn't feel comfortable about the hotel room doors - it was hard to close (I had to slam it hard each time) though I also understand it was a old building.

location is amazing, so close to stations either end of the street, champs-elysees is a two minute walk away. the room was cleaned everyday.

the foyer was dark and the stairs/ lift need modernising. the bathroom in the room was very small, meaning that you need to squeeze beside the sink to get to the loo. the steps in the bathroom can get slippery also. I didn’t like handing my key back into the reception each time I left the hotel, however this was one of the policies

what I didn’t like about the hotel the room was very dusty soon as I came into my room I had to use my antibacterial wipes to clean the bed side area and tables I coughed quite a lot because of the dust. i told the staff about this and said he will get it sorted but didn’t see any change as I was coughing constantly due to my allergy to dust. Bathroom was ok however you can tell it was quite old I would give this hotel a 3* maybe a 2* just the fact of the cleanliness and with everything about covid 19 kinder expected cleanliness would be top notch. 2nd day of my stay the cleaner left cleaning products in the bathroom didn’t think nothing of it but again just feel the carpet needs to be changed or thoroughly hoovered as it wasn’t clean at all.

the left is old style and can’t access the fifth flour via left therefore I had to carry my heavy luggage one floor by myself or ask for worse room option in the first floor. also I didn’t like the fact that the receptionist was questioning my options which to him were religious belifs

Location excellent, practically in the centr of champs elysee. Rooms oldschool, but very charming and comfortable.

Bathroom should have a little touch up. Administrator could be more friendly, was not keen on helping us. Sad that there were no breakfast, they said it was because of the restrictions, but other hotels (for the same price) offered breakfast. We only chosed this place for the great location.

I stayed for 3 nights in a room with a shower/tub that was difficult to use, but when I returned for another 3 nights there was a walk in shower which was much better.

location was perfect.

One of the staff was VERY rude and aggressive. the AC in our room wasn’t working and for 2 nights they told us they were fully booked and no other rooms. turns out they didn’t want to upgrade us and left us in the heat with an old fan. on the final night they did upgrade us but only after a heated argument where the receptionist became extremely aggressive,and saying that we should be grateful that they are giving us another room. As two female traveler’s, this was very concerning. The morning staff apologised and offered us free breakfast.
