Great location near two metro stops, several bus stops, many restaurants and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

The bathroom was so tiny, advanced planning and maneuvering were required to get in and out of the shower as there wasn't room to open the glass panel with the bathroom door closed.

The location is really good. Its very close the metro and very easy access to resturants. A short walk to attractions a direct train to disneyland and many other places and shopping district. Opp hotel there is a starbucks and fast food restaurant.

Room is small, no slippers and no space to store big luggages.

It is just a few meters away from the Arc d’ Triomphe and the Champs d’ Elysees.

The hotel is situated in a very good location 3 minutes from ternes metro station,Charles de Gaulle–Étoile metro station,Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. The staff was very nice and helpful with every need. The room was good, it had a large bed and a big shower. Overall I had a very good experience and felt that the price was relatively low (considering the fact that Paris is not a cheap place). When I come back to Paris I will definitely consider staying there again.

I think the only thing they need to consider is to start using a safe with a code and not a key. A safe with a key seems kind of outdated (don't remember when was the last time I saw a safe with a key). The reason a key is problematic is you might lose it and with a code even if you forget they can open it.

Location was great, we enjoyed not staying right in the most overcrowded busy tourist area but still close to everything. The room was lovely, everything we wanted, enough space and 2 beds as requested. Didn't have breakfast but we saw it and it was very tiny so would recommend to explore all of the amazing cafes in Paris. The service was superb - super friendly and lovely staff at the reception. No complains about room service.

The bathrooms are quite old but it didn't bother us. There was also a subtle smell of smoke in the hallway (I guess some people smoke in their rooms just with the open windows), but in the room it was ok.

Location is very accessible and close to all essentials and tourist spots even! It’s a safe neighborhood with instagrammable spots. The balcony gives a wee view of the Arc which is a great bonus.

Would be great if it had a few more ammenities - maybe some conditioner and a hair dryer or some lotion. TV is on a timer so it turns off after a while. Smallish room but not a problem.
