Rooms are very small

Quite a small room for three people.

We asked for cleaning the room but the floor was dirty

Reception was a bit sad-looking. It had clearly had less effort and money spent on it than the rooms had. It was not tatty of dirty though, so no problem.

it was not that easy to access to the metros

Fan didn’t work in the room.

No elevators so bags have to be brought up by hand yourself

the doors make really loud noise which wake you up

They don't have kitchen or mini bar, but it's not big problem, because there is a cafe near the hotel

The price was high for me. Its location is really nice, and July is the high season for Paris, but I expect better conditions. The entrance hall looked like a low-price hotel entrance, and there was no place to sit or wait except in my room. The staff were friendly and generally helpful.

-dirty bedsheets (stains + hairs) - tv not working - 1 light (no bedside lamps) that kept on blinking in a yellow wallpaper room with no outdoor view = very disorienting

very dirty,a lot of hairs in my bedroom,and bath,also twice somebody could open the door with a key,I was shocked

I was not given the room I chose during booking. I was given a room outside and it was very cold.

Doesn’t have a lift. not a major. but worth mentioning

The fact that there’s not lift

We were 3 co-workers and booked 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds (the only option available) but before confirming our reservation we asked for 2 bedders and they say OK for it. Once we got to the hotel we found that they gave us 2 queen size bedrooms. We ask for a change and they told us the whole hotel was quien size bedrooms only. You can imagen our faces. Later, after asking to talk with a supervisior (he refused making excuses there was no one; everyone was on vacations) they told us that there was no 2 separated room available for the next 15 days (so now there are). We called booking to deal with this (as he said) and after talking with him, he finally agreed to change at least 1 room (the only we needed as we were 3 people) to a 2 bedder. They day after cam and, surprise, they told us that it was impossible as they didn't have any (What?). Another call to booking.com... The day after that, they finally changed the room but we had a huge problem: when came back from having dinner outside we found that we've been stolen: someone got into one of our rooms and took an evelope with some cash. They should know we were keeping something inside as you have to leave the room key in reception when you left but we didn't, of course, because of that. Terrible experience, no compensation, no upgrade and receptionist with very bad manners. One of the wrost hotels I've ever been.

The price. Far too expensive. The safe in the room did not work and was not attached to a wall anyway.
