The second room I got was a nice size, with a tranquil feel and much better soundproofing than the first one. The staff were always pleasant and polite.

The first room I had was really mediocre: really small, bad soundproofing. I had also asked for a bathroom with bathtub and was not given one even though there were some available. Also when I asked to stay another night (after 4 nights), the price they gave me was considerably higher than what I had paid previously...

The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, but I cannot give an unqualified excellent rating because everything was extremely tight and small.

It would have been a perfect stay if there were just some space to move about comfortably. It is all to small and tight for comfort, including the breakfast room.

I like the info on the hotel posted on TV, in lift and in the room. Self-service Breakfast was wide in choice Perfect. Quite near to Gare Saint Lazare and a number of Metro lines

Taxi stopped on the right. Hotel is on the left. Had to cross the road with my 3 luggage. 2 steps to get in the hotel... a further 2 steps to go to the lift.

The receptionist was too rude while telling the rules, he behaved as if I am his either student or child and talked a loudly like reprimanding.

The room was very small and the shower coffin-sized. It was worth about €80/night, not the €300/night I paid. The room was also hot and the temperature control did not work. I opened the window, but then that let in a lot of noise from the street. There was no dry cleaning or pressing service nor was there a dry cleaner in the vicinity. They did have an iron and ironing board though, which I used.

The staff was the best. Every single person greeted with a smile - reception, housekeeping, breakfast lady and night staff. The room as the rest of the building was spotless clean. Good quality luxury linen. Very hard bed, but turned out just what I needed. I had a few real good nights sleep. Wifi was good. Hotel is right opposite Metro entrance. Walkable to many attractions. Bathroom was in good condition and enough space for my toiletries.

The shower was exceptionally small. I'm 5'11" and skinny and was quite a uncomfortable situation. Not much space to hang clothes if you stay for a few days.

The hotel was chosen for its excellent location at the St Lazare hub, convenient for both meetings at La Défense and private visits all around Paris and RER E to return to Gare du Nord. Friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast could be somewhat upgraded considering the price. Rooms are perhaps small, a non-issue though for a busy agenda when travelling alone.

Rooms are way too small. For the price you pay, it really isn’t good value. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is so small and the walls so thin that you hear every from the rooms beside yours.

Not very sound-proof, I kept waking up to sounds from streets and the hallway. Had some tiny grey moths flying around in the bathroom. Room was a bit tiny but ok for one person.
