The BEST business travel property hands down! The staff was incredible- friendly, fast, proactive, and helpful- thank you Dillon and Celestine for going above and beyond! The food was delicious (breakfast buffet, room service dinner), the room was large and had every amenity needed for relaxation or client calls. the lobby and bar area was a perfect place to meet clients, work with your team, or take calls. When I am in Dubai, I will only stay here at the Zabeel House!

I had a warm welcoming from everyone, receptionist are understanding my requirements.. i asked for room with quiet.. they gave in upper level so i will have a good sleeping. Creative room. Positive vibes. I stayed for one night. Thank you for your hospitality

What a wonderful hotel! Very nice design and interior, wonderfully friendly personnel, great location. The breakfast was wonderful, and the facilities of pool and gym very good.
Concierge services for taxi could be more helpful. For the rest I can't think of anything.

I loved Zabeel House! It's in a great location which made getting around Dubai accessible and fast. The room was spotless, modern and very comfortable - the bed was really big. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Generally, Zabeel House has an awesome vibe and I'd stay there again.

It was my first time staying at Zabeel House and it wouldn't be the last. The room is very cozy and spacious i managed to get a room with pool view which was amazing. Definitely staying here again

LOCATION = Hotel is accessible by car or taxi. There’s a metro station near by you can reach by taxi. Plenty of shops, groceries, mini marts, cafes around the area. It’s located in front of The Greens residential area so there’s a place to walk around if you have a dog. VIBE = Artsy-traveler vibe ROOM = Big bed. Clean toilet & Bath. Basic toiletries & tea/coffee provided. I love that they provide water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. FACILITIES = Pets are allowed! 😊 They have LahLah which has a massive outdoor dining area, good during the winter in Dubai Well decorated and clean Basic gym & spa facilities BREAKFAST: I didn’t try the breakfast but room service food was great! Generous serving! 😊

Very small detail: the smell in the room (909). I thought that I smelled cat pee but it seemed to be the cleaning detergent. Didn't bother me but could be an issue for sensitive people.
