The hotel is just a few mins away from a metro station, and not too far from Palm Island, Dubai Marina, and JBR Beach (to which there was a free transfer provided). 24/7 Carrefour is just around the corner, as well as other shops, pharmacy, or Costa Coffee. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable, a nice view over the city was a plus. Breakfast offered a lot of choice in terms of both sweet and savoury, there were also 3 restaurants - the Spanish tapas bar being the best for me. Live music was also included on some of the nights. Last but not least, the pool was a great addition. I will be happy to come back in the future.

Room had anything you need, from slippers, bathrobe, tea/coffee station, hairdryer, iron, 2 bottles of water, coffee machine, mini fridge, little essential kits, shower gel/ shampoo, body lotion, safe etc Huge balcony with great views of the city( ask member of staff for ashtray if you need one), great location- 7min walk to metro, multiple markets around for all your essentials and restaurants. Hotel have 3 bars/restaurants on side, nice spa where you can get relaxing massage for good price. (Special thank you to Eka - who was very attentive and professional) Swimming pool was ok, small for the size of the hotel but with few minutes of waiting you will get sun-bed and a towel. Just keep in mind this is family friendly pool, perhaps if you wish for more quiet sunbathing experience you might use free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to near beaches and adults only beach clubs. Overall it was a really nice stay for the price I’ve paid and would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to visit Dubai for a week. Ps: Get yourself breakfast in bed - you will not regret :) Special thank you to Puja from reception who made sure my birthday would be memorable, she went above and beyond, shown great professionalism and care - thank you Puja and wish you all the best!

The only let down was that the rooms could have been cleaner, perhaps giving staff extra time per room would do the trick. For any light sleepers bring earplugs with you.

Hotel was in a good location. Staff, particularly those at reception and at the front door, were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Too much time spent waiting for lifts and often when they came you could not get in.

Everything great. But washroom quite small. And tub should have Matt cause it’s slippery while taking shower. And amenities like Sweing kit etc.

The breakfast was excellent, so many options I wished I had stayed longer to try everything. Dinner was just as good. I had a healthy diet while I was there.

They can repaint the rooms and bathrooms if they feel up to it. Otherwise it’s fine.

Room was cleaned daily, very good cleaning stuff. The location is great. Easy to approach everything. Metro is 5 mins walk which is quite good considering the distances in Dubai. Beach=outlet=mall shuttle is very useful. Breakfast and dinner is excellent, huge choice. The only negative I can highlight is that the room window cannot be opened so the room refreshment is not very good, tho aircon works well. Pool are is great, but need o be quick in the morning to get a pair of beds. Bars, restaurant perfect, receptionist are all very kind, convierge is great too.We had a great time spent in Dubai and this hotel contributed to it.

I found the staff very good this time , the team at the reception as well as the supportive team was very helpful, polite and smiling !

The hotel has some challenges mainly when you enter from the parking area to the lift , if you have full hands (usually travelers hold several suitcases and backpacks ) then opening the door to the lift it’s a bit annoying. I understand this is a construction/technical limitation of the premises.

Nicely decorated, well equipped, clean, shop and farmacy nearby, easy to get taxi.

Waited for check-in from 2PM to 4 PM, at least some compensation should be offered. Poor sound insulation in room.

great area, staff are lovely! the cleaner on the 25th floor was such a lovely guy, he tidied the room amazingly and always checked if we wanted it cleaned later on if we had slept in.
