Breakfast need more improve , crowded area is not controlled by staff , the bed sheet need to clean every time i saw some stain on bed sheet , The refill drinking water bottle should be changed to disposable bottle not refill , drinking water quality is not good !!!

I enjoyed my stay at the First Collection. From check in to check out, I was accommodated extremely well. I appreciated the front desk calling daily to check and see if I needed anything, it was very helpful because there were a couple of things I did need but had forgotten to call about. As a woman traveling solo I felt safe my entire stay. I look forward to staying here again when next I visit Dubai.

I got a massage at the Rayya wellness spa. Emma, my massage therapist was amazing! The only issue I had was that the tables were not heated and they did not provide extra blankets, only a large towel to cover up with. Heated tables and blankets would have made my experience perfect.

very clean bedroom and stylish with nice city views. location was ideal for business bay adventures but not too much in the hustle and bustle. Staff very friendly when interacted with. lovely pool area.

check in took a while but this was due to a trainee reception member of staff. I do not blame him but perhaps another member of staff should have been there to shadow him because it was clear he was having issues. it mean our check in time was 15 minutes instead of 5 and we had to restart it which was frustrating.

The staffs at the whole entire hotel are amazing. I am just amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone is at the hotel. They have a great pool and spa. I love the gym, I went asking on how to use the equipments and the coach was super helpful and even gives me free training and coaching throughout my stay there.. He is just awesome.

I got a complimentary late checkout until 3pm, which was great. Staff (reception, bell boys, restaurant) was super friendly and most helpful. Very welcoming atmosphere. Particularly liked the Blacksmith restaurant.

The gym is a little small but will do for a short stay. The breakfast was ok, but food stations are spread out across the whole restaurant so that you do quite a bit of running around to find everything you want. Further, this leads to a lot of "traffic" between tables so there is no real quiet spot to sit and relax.

I liked the fact that I had one of the only small balconies on the entire floor of the hotel. I liked the in-house cleaning staff. Very diligent and well manner.

I fell in love with this hotel, I will definitely come back this year! I recommend all 20 fingers of my body when I think of my feet as well. I haven't seen anything better. Amazing view, staff. They offer everything you want and need. I don't want to leave!! The best staff I've ever seen, I salute Harrison and Zarak.

Staff was very friendly, hotel facilities were good value for money.

The location was not great, so was the view we had on the highway (you could hear the traffic, since the windows were not sound proof). Housekeeping came too early on weekends and often forgot to change towels.

Barak khan and his colleagues were excellent. .I don't remember the other staff member name but hr personally helped me to find my mobile. I left my mobile in a taxi and the hotel staff helped me to contact a taxi office. Zarak order me food as I did not had my phone so he really went out of the way to help me ..thank you.
