location isn’t walking distance to anything but so are most places in dubai. very easy to get a taxi from the hotel

First of all I'd say I've never experienced a hotel with such friendly staff & all delivered superherb hospitality service:) I was traveling solo and the first say was international women's day, Doreen was the first person I met at my arrival,she was very nice & friendly made me feel very welcome & gave me 2 roses. And I had some noise issues with the room she was super attentive to make effort to change to a quieter room to fit my requirements. Everyday I stay in this hotel I feel very happy seeing her smiles & asking how my day was everyday made me feels so good as a solo female traveler 😃 I think they need to give her a promotion as she's very personable and very professional 👍🏼 The hotel is very new & clean. Central to everywhere takes 15mins taxi ride to major places u would like to go in Dubai. Supermarket in the opposite road The staff helps u to get taxi easily without problems. The pool is nice decent size. I just say I impressed with first collection with my first time stay here!

Can be much road noises with cars passing by. Don't stay close to 29th floor bar music if u have issues with noise & sleep

Great value for the price. This is a newer hotel in the business district of Dubai. The facilities (pool terrace & bar), room (super comfy & modern) and attention of the staff exceeded my expectations. There was also a free shuttle that offered pickup and drop off at many areas around the city, including free access to a beach club at one of the resorts on the Palm. I'd definitely stay here again.

Please note, you are about a 30 minute drive from the Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai. However, there is a free shuttle provided to many areas around the city and the Dubai Taxi Service is relatively inexpensive (much less than what you would pay in any other major city, i.e. London, New York, etc.)

We were able to check in early which was great. The staff members were so kind and lovely. They also gave me a room with a beautiful view which always helps. Although the hotel is quite far away from a metro or a bus station, the main attraction close by via taxi is global village, which I would highly recommend.

The room smelt a little like fish, which could be due to the cupboards. Although it did not bother me too much as I was only staying for 1 night, I can imagine it being a little annoying if I was staying for multiple nights.

the property has everything. if you don’t want to go anywhere, the hotel has it all. All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help

one needs to drive to get to all the hot spots , but, the hotel has a free shuttle running from morning until evening with quite a few drop off spots and taxis and Ubers are easy to get and not expensive. Honestly, there is no room for complaint

The staff was great, always smiling and helpful. Rooms, toilets, and everything are so clean. Spending some time in the pool was joyful with a huge screen, nice music, and cocktails.

It was fabulous. A beautiful spacious room, an amazing variety for breakfast, wonderful warm pool. The bar and restaurant was also fantastic. There is a gym on the 16th floor too. They even made a lovely cake as a surprise for my friends birthday.

Very hard to even think of anything. I really did love everything but the only thing I that wasn’t my cup of tea had to be the giant screen outside by the pool constantly playing foot ball on repeat. I wouldn’t let this put you off though, you forget it’s there whilst swimming.

It was lovely! Staff was very sweet, the nicest one was the egyptian man that helped us out moving rooms and carried our luggage, I forgot his name but he is such a great personality. Also the valet service was great, breakfast was very nice, the hotel is in a convenient location and looks amazing. it's so nice and clean also.
