We came for the second time for Gulffood. The hotel is very much ideal for both business travellers and families. Well equipped wellness and gym. I'd like to thank for your assistance with our sample products. We sent in advance samples for the trade show which you handled with care which was a huge help for us.

Breakfast was very tasty, every day local dishes, fresh fruit. Good location, very conveniently connected with the Al Ghuair shopping mall where there are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants, food shop etc. At reception desk George was very helpful and understanding.

House keeping did not work so well as expected. Sometimes our apartment was not cleaned until the evening when it was inconvenient for us to leave the room and let them work.

Two bedroom spacious comfortable apartment with ample parking. All wholesale market was near by. On walking distance. Adjacent mall was good attraction.

Everything was good just sofas need maintenance. It's just opinion remove wall to wall carpet from rooms. Due to the allergen mites smells cannot be 100% removal possible. You may put small rugs.

Main road access to the hotel makes Excellent WiFi. Excellent access to the Al Ghurair Mall. Spacious One Bedroom Apartment Regular Housekeeping. Mr Anas gave me a good apartment on a high floor with a view also a welcome drink voucher while I waited for the apartment to be ready. A fully functional Kitchen as I cooked all my meals myself. Temperature controlled swimming pool for summer was wonderful.

The quick service buttons for spa, room service, etc were inactive on the phone so I had to call the reception for everything. No bell boy was available at noon for check out to bring the baggage down to the ground floor, so I managed myself which is ok but I should have been informed instead of just letting me wait. The bidet hand held shower was very awkwardly placed for normal use. A cutting board and a non stick frying pan would have made my cooking easier .
