Reception staff and cleaning staff. Smiles all round. Thus is a new find fir me - often passing through Dubai and usually stay in Airport Millenium. But thus ideal if you want an interesting location and a well run establishment.

It's by the Gold Souq with lots activities to engage in. Close to the Metro-Gold Souq Metro; you only need to cross to the other side using the pedestrian bridge.

My booking says checking out at 2:00pm but I was told it's 12:00noon. I was only given till 1pm after I told them my booking said 2pm.

It's perfect hotel if you spend most of the time in the city - it doesn't have all the fancy faciliaties, but it is very good value for money. It's clean, very welll located if you need to catch metro, clean and has all the things you will need. For the price it's hard to beat it!

Rooms are pretty small - for us it wasn't a problem as we were mostly visiting the city, but if you have to stay in the room longer hours, I would rather book something bigger.

It is a nice simple clean place. The receptionists were nice and helpful. The rates seems to be reasonable.

The house keeping were not as per our expectations. The water temperature from shower needs to be fixed. The breakfast barely meets our requirements.

So let me tell you this- if it's first time in Dubai suggest you book your hitwl in Central location. Why? Simple because the area that the hotel is in is far from everything and the places around the hotel aren't the prettiest let's put it this way.

While Deira is relatively safe area - I wouldn't go there second time as a tourist. Now let's talk about hotel- for the price you pay -the hotel actually offers quite spacious rooms , very nice bathroom and comfortable beds for 2 star hotel. Now let' s talk about staff , On my first day when I checked in it was late at night and I wasn't greeted very welcoming (which is fine- I'm not expecting smiles similar to 5 star suites and don't need it) however the time it took for receptionist to check me in took forever. Again, I arrived at 4 am and all your ant to do af this time is to go sleep and be prepared dor the next day. On the 3nxt day I went down for breakfast and let me tell you this- while free, breakfast was ATROCIOUS so bad that I never went down again and had to starve myself in the mornings as there is no good brekfast place in the area at all and all restaurants look sketchy and not very clean.

Great view of the city from room, location is heart of Deira, everything tidy and neat.

No parking, nearest is 5aed/hour and there is no fixed charge for a day. No help from the staff in helping with the luggage.

Most of all I liked the architectural and interior concept of the hotel. The design is minimalistic and simple, with an intuitive layout. I also liked the calm color scheme of the interiors.

The room could have been a little bigger for the price. Still not enough space.

No other restaurants nearby worth eating at... Limited supermarket shopping, long taxi ride from downtown.

The breakfast was good for the price (limited choices). Location is in the Gold souk and shopping area. New 3 star budget hotel very cosy, clean and comfortable. Its located in a very busy area but in the evenings its very quiet and calm and close to the creek area.

Bathroom sink is small and limited place to keep your toiletries. Shower area needs to fix shampoo and shower gel holder. Hair dryer is by request.
