The Location Was Good on Al-Rigga Road with plenty of restaurant options to eat. Many supermarkets and grocery shops were nearby and also some malls. The Union metro station was at 5 min walk from the hotel which was very convenient to move around the city. The room also had a good-sized balcony.
The Staff was not very active and had to wait very long for any service. Also didn't like the toiletries provided as the soap was the most awful smelling. Also during the seven-day stay not once did the room service offer to clean and tidy the room. The rooftop pool was closed for the whole stay. Also, the TV options were very limited and mostly Arabic. Wifi was not good.

Any hotel in dubai is in a great location because dubai is a great place! This hotel was a minute walk from ghurair center and many restaurants and pharmacies and supermarkets. It was also near a basketball court where black people shoot hoops! But I still haven't found a decent laundry in the immediate area other than the one north of muteena street which is a 15 minute walk away.
The mattress was lumpy and the water was too hot and the carpet was stained... But I always wore my flip-flops and there was nothing rotten so I could breath easy. The fridge was cold so maybe I should have taken a shower there! Ha ha ha.

I like the staff mainly. They were very helpful.
Only thing, I don’t liked was the nuisance in the ground floor and first floor because of clubs. People were talking very loud at 9AM. I was surprised to see such environment. Also, based money I got charged, the room was not worth.

filipina receptionist is not well mannered I am filipina myself and I expect a smooth stay. I was force to book and shift to a different hotel because she was not able to process my request that I want to extend for few more days. upon check out I mentioned that to her and she pretended she doesn't even spoke to me. very disappointing ☹️

rooms very old, bathroom is almost disgusting. bed was flopping to one side. the coffee table had layer of dust on it. carpet hadn’t been vacuumed properly. couldn’t sleep because of loud booming music from downstairs bar

Soon I arrived in the room I make new tiny little friends, they're name Cockroach. Having my meal they where my company. So pleasant to say the least. And for those who are looking to sleep at night this place is not for you. Music was loud from the club first floor. Was Saturday but still....

i’ve been into a lot of hotels in UAE and this wasn’t good to be honest. i can’t find the worth from my money. not clean, especially in the toilet. there’s cockroaches and hairs on the bathtub. staff were not friendly. no complimentary coffee. one pin lights from the ceiling is open. door handle is broken. yes they are cheap, but at least make our stay worthy and value your guests.
