great location. rooms need some cleaning and renovations. breakfast is so so , you need to ask for the options. the restaurant manager could do with an attitude check. internet keeps glitching and you need to log in multiple times.

Good location, convenient price..

Someone kept knocking at my door at 3 am! I kept saying hello but he was just silently standing knocking which was VERY creepy, I tried calling the reception and the phone wasn’t working .. he left a few minutes later. I was staying for one day so I didn’t want to make a fuss about it. I would never go back.

The staffs are warm welcoming and they are all nice, have good experience for their hospitality and treat their guests with an exceptional customer service.

What I didn't like is that the room has no noise cancelling because It's loud on the other side of room and I hear their footsteps and voices. I hope they could find a way to improve this.

It wasn't really clean and the furnitures looked used and old. There was a bad smell of cigarette everywhere.

The linen and bedsheets should be clean I observe there's is a some hair and dust. Size of toilet small. And change a new bathroom towel the color not nice.

The lights near the bed were not working, and the badroom was not very clean. Besides, a very loud tone (I guess a false fire alarm) rang one time during the night

The shower curtain and the room floor were very dirty. The shower curtain had discoloured, mould and stains on it. The floor in the room had rubbish swept around. There were wrappers, bits of food and a fake nail!

The double bed was comfortable, relaxed. The bed and the room was clean. There was no noise in the hotel. The hotel is near to shops, restaurants and metro station.

The food (breakfast) was indian. I expected international food. The bathroom was uncomfortable.
