You can't really get to the metro so you have to use a taxi for just everything and thus it get's very expensive. I had up to 400 AED costs / day on Taxi or Uber and thus a closer Hotel (yet more expensive) would almost had made more sense. It's a bit far out from everything. The pool is very badly located. It's not acceptable that the breakfast and restaurant visitors watch you take your swim. Very uncomfortable location

Beautiful decor and style, really like the presentation of the hotel. The bed and bedding were super comfortable and felt of good quality. The basic rooms are small but well equipped.

Throughout the hotel it advertises that it’s promoting sustainability and there’s signage in the rooms that suggest setting the aircon at 24 degrees, but they are preset at 21 and difficult to change. When the rooms are cleaned all the lights are turned on, even if they’ve been switched off by the occupant. There are no in-room recycling bins. Are staff sorting rubbish for recycling? Found the restaurant meals to be very disappointing.

The valets could not drive my manual transmission car! I believe the hotel should sponsor lessons or hire drivers who can drive any type of car, not just automatic transmissions. The parking was easily accessible so not a huge inconvenience but I still found it odd that they were unable to drive a manual transmission when their only job is to drive and park cars.

The hotel ambiance is fantastic, very helpful staff. It's strategically located for downtown area. It really met my expectations and would have easily scored 10/10 save for the little glitch with housekeeping.

The house keeping dept requires quite the improvement. The room wasn't very clean and the cleaning that took place during my stay was more superficial and supplies were not replaced such as soap or towels until requested. At one time they cleaned as late as 5pm.

I arrived early morning, they could not check me in at 7am so I waited in the lobby. After couple of ours stuff came over and said that they have better room available for me. I got better room that booked so I would not wait until my check in time. I suppose I was quite lucky. Very clean. Nice bath. Design is really good

The room was quite noisy because of the wind. When I checked in I had about 8 towels. Every day there was less and less. Stuff obviously was taking them away and did not replace for the newer ones. Nothing is around. to get anywhere only taxi. I walked to Dubai mall, and it was a disaster. No proper pathways on the way at all. So be aware you will have to get taxi everywhere.
