Another great customer service experience with a warm welcome from Babar at the reception. I feel very happy when I see dedicated staff members in a facility who do their job with complete dedication.

No TV channels as I am addicted to TV channels but its a smart TV so its ok. Also more smoking rooms I would personally prefer and also the gaming section in the basement should be kept open late. :)

Super friendly and amazingly helpful staff, especially Osama at reception, the sweetest and kindest soul. He was very polite, attentive, helpful and really impacted my opinion about the stay and the hotel overall in a positive way. He should be promoted, haha! Room was pretty clean, I liked the bathroom design. Located in a super quiet area which was nice. Pretty fresh and and new, u can tell the hotel was built recently. It was very good considering the price point in Dubai. Free Shuttle bus to metro station Fast wifi I also enjoyed the gym

1) All other guys at reception were very nice except for Anas, he was rude and said “it is not possible and we can not do that” to everything I asked for, while others had no problem with my questions or requests. He always looked mad and irritated. 2) I stayed 1,5 weeks in the hotel, and was surprised that they don’t change the linen during cleaning the room. I guess u need to request for it, as the hotel tries to be sustainable. 3) if u turn the ventilation in the bathroom off, the cigarette smoke odor appears. It seems like somebody was smoking close to my room or somewhere near as the odor did come through bathroom. But it happened only two times. So I don’t see it as a big minus, rather as an exception than a rule. 4) the restaurant food was definitely a no for me, dinner and breakfast were not for me

Very neat and cozy hotel! Didn't expect a 2-star hotel to be so smartly done and run. Everything quite simple, but at the same time clean and functional. I would also want to mention their basement lounge, where you can work, read a book, play ps5 or pool, cardboard games and so on. You won't find anything like this in 3 or 4 stars hotels here. Very cozy and nice to stay!

Who’s working in the reception Rizwan and Annes and all, also who works in kitchen is very polite, respectful and ready to help you at any time ( was having some personal issue but again Rizwan solve it )! I just came for sleeping, so I arrived 11 pm and left 6 am, so it is short experience but very lovely one, beds was very comfort and clean, the toilet was very clean and this was all what I need, so for me it was really perfect experience. Very bad smell of drain, like waste water or something came from the shower all the time, i managed somehow to keep the smell in shower by closing the doors, but not fully 🤮 room 605 In first night, there was a loud sound of water flowing in pipes, and it was bothering me to fall in sleep. Rest of the nights were silent. In Hotel, No pool, or restaurant/bar... ...they have room where to eat, chairs and tables, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner tho
