Washroom bad condition, room carpet not clean, telephone and tv remote control are very dirty.

the rooftop swimming pool was being refurbished, something I specifically wanted to use. Also several minor issues, such as broken irons, ironing board missing cover, a broken towel rail in the bathroom, we had to ask for them to deliver towels, and demanded that they supply a fridge, because it was missing!!

they charge almost 30% of the cost for cleaning but even the dont bother to change the towel and bed sheets
cleaning charges, its not 4 star its like 2 star hotel

The service is appalling. No renew of shampoo. Called the recep and service wasn't attended to. Reminder also not heeded. Many things almost falling apart. The cover for pressing water flushing to WC came apart. Sealant for glass panel to long bath also came apart. Glass panel could have broken into pieces and cause injury if one is not careful. Towel is not renewed. None of the staff is smiling. No greetings. There is a TV but all are Apps. No local channels and channels for news like CNN or BBC. Other than that, location is quite ok but still need to walk 450m to nearest metro. Nearest food stalls about 250m.

The room was big, with a kingsize bed, and a bathtub
The room was not proper cleaned, we only got 1 big towel. We had to ask 4 times for an extra towel until they gave us one. No small towels In the morning we woke up without power in the room.

not clean , floor carpets are not clean for years , too many train flys was in the room , bed sheets didn’t change for three days , asked for towel and it took 47 min to deliver after two calls to reception .
