Convenient location, 10 minutes walk from metro. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good mr.Toad’s bar, which is open late.
The bathroom equipment should be better maintained.

I was very pleased with the helpful reception staff to receive a late check-out as I am usually working until later on the day of departure. Reception was also helpful with my room requests (bathtub, higher floor) Breakfast staff is also very friendly and prompt. The hotel is pleasantly quiet with minimal noise from other rooms or the hallway. Pleasant lobby space & good parking in the parking garage.
Healthy choices at breakfast are extremely limited. I basically only had porridge with some, nuts, yoghurt and a banana every day. And once an omelette which was very nice. The fruit salad is not good with mainly melons of which the water melon isn’t a good addition as it gets mushed and soggy.

They do not provide shampoo in the toilets. The quality of their soap in the toilets is not good.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff, Amr and Tara to name a few, but all of them so friendly and welcoming. Hotel is new, clean and modern, location is great. Would extend my stay but the hotel was fully booked.
