The location is good. It has 3 pubs and the staff is courteous.
Kettle and other stuff like tea coffee not provided even requested many times. Manager behave like Indians don't have money and will run away without paying charges. Though Manager is also an Indian. Room service guy ask to pay immediately after delivery but don't bother to pay back change until you keep remind them. They provide 1 no. Towel even though room booked for 2 persons. Everyday I have to remind to put 2 towels. They don't provide face towels. You have to manage with bath towels. In all not value for money. I paid per day 5875 INR or 250 AED but failed to match service like other hotels in the same range.

Staffs have no idea about the services and products in the room.Need to focus the cleanliness of the room there were bugs on the bed couldn’t sleep well.Finally the door stopper was the highlight when ever i open the main door have to bend down to keep it back it was loose and i asked technician to check he said he will change but I didn’t see any changes. booked twin bed room there was only 1 blanket other bed was empty only sheets.

No parking, they charge you 30 aed for vallet. He took tge car but after checkout i walked 500m to get the car as they park it very far. Bad smell in the corridor Very old and poor rooms No cups, spoons or extra towels in the room.

The location was a bit good. But it was 900m from the metro station. But the good thing is the hotel is on the main road itself of khaled bin waleed road. The staff was good and responsive. WiFi was good
The cleaning was not upto the mark. Cleaners were not changing bedsheets/ towels or toiletries regularly. Cleaning of the table, desk, sink, commode was not at all done in my 4 day stay. The bed was not comfortable. The AC thermostat was not working and the room was super chilled constantly. I have confirmed with the property regarding the frequent guest visit prior to landing in dubai, after check-in the staff says visitors are only allowed if you pay 75 dhms per day, which I eventually had to pay during my stay..

The staff was quite nice. I searched for a relatively cheap hotel and I found it there. The places where I wanted to go were easily reachable by bus, metro or taxi.
It was super dirty and the staff didn't properly clean when I asked them. Definitely check the bed sheets before accepting the room. I killed a cockroach in my room an left it lying on the floor if the staff would clean it up... guess what - no they didn't. I had to call them and point my finger on everything which is dirty. Then they have an "Indian night club" there... which means at night men are waiting for something in the lobby... And loud music is played which still hear and feel on Level 2 every night.

The pricing model of booking.com is much deceiving. When I book the place it as mentioned 55 I provided the credit card details as well but my payment wasn't processed until I go to the hotel. But when I check in at hotel it had gone to 114 something. when inquired he said U haven't made the payment in the app. It was too late 12 past midnight for me to find another place. So paid and stayed there. later I learned even if I had found another place, I would have been charged since the app already had my consent for non refundable payment. I already had given my crd details there too. In the hotel the tap was damaged , there was no supply of soap and bathroom slipper etc. They changed our room to a new one. but still were not given disposable room slippers. I dont recommend this place unless its an urgency. And I dont recommend booking.com as well unless you want to find some places around you.

i dont had breakfast from the hotel............ house keeping is very worst as i had paid the entire amount via booking.com so the cleaning is very worst and i even cant cancell the booking ...if i had cancellend the money it will deducted be deducted from my creditcard.
house keeping ........... they wont even change the bath towel every day and more over if we requested they will do just think that we are paying daily rent and they has to give our daily service.
