Hotel is neat and Clean. Staff is supportive. Easy to find the location. Shopping area, offices are nearby.
car parking is paid whereas I booked free car parking on BOOKING.COM. After lot of discussion, hotel staff agreed for free car parking. Landline contact number mentioned on Booking.com is not working. So contact can't be established with hotel in case of requirement. No facility of Tea bags/sugar-in hotel rooms.

There are many reasonably priced restaurants near this hotel, and a supermarket with a wide selection of products is very close by, so it was very convenient. And the service of the staff at this hotel was very good. IRSHAD in particular was always smiling and very kind. His support was more than a 5 star hotel staff. I had a problem and spoke with the manager, Nalim. Nalim was very sincere with me. I could trust him. I definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

Very helpful staff. Welcoming and doing their best. Ordering a taxi or leaving luggage in a storage, or bringing it in wasn't a problem.
Just the two things to mention: the kettle provided in the room needs some cleaning, also the water in the shower could have been warmer.

Tge rooms are not bad its a small hotel i didn't like the cleans there is always a weird smell in the lobby but room is good Some staff was helpful and nice they helped me alot in my bags and laundry

1. The rooms were over valued, and as a customer I didn't get the value for the money I paid. 2. The lady at the reception desk at the Check-in time was un-welcoming & needs a training on CRM (customer relations management). Initially she told me that there was no room available (although I showed her my confirmed booking through booking.com), and after some debate suggested me to stay in a SPA room for one day "as there was no room available" ... and furthermore she told me that she will not be issuing any Invoice for the one day stay. ... When I disagreed, then finally she said let us check again if we have any room or not, and "to my surprise" there was a room available where they unhappily allowed mr to stay! 3. The location is very bad if you need a taxi. You will have to wait on average for 25 to 35 minutes for a taxi. Else, you need to book a taxi through hotel, which is way more expensive than the Taxi booked on the road. 4. The room I was staying had an unpleasant smell, so I had to keep the window open for ventilation and simultaneously kept the air conditioner running. I don't want to skip the fact that the commode in the toilet was not properly cleaned and I could easily spot the light yellow urine dried spots on the sitting peripheral :(. 5. Highly un-recommended if you're are looking for the returns for the money paid. You will also regret!

The receptionist was nice and welcoming ready to respond to the requests I had. The hotel is located next to busy area with supermarket and few places to eat.
The room is small and was not kept clean. The bed sheet was not changed and had body hair on them. I asked them to change it after I checked in. The floor was not cleaned, the water glasses were used and dirty. The bathtube was dirty and had insects in it. The price was not cheap and as they are a hotel, not guest house, they need to take hygiene more seriously.
