It was reasonably priced. The room was ok and bed was comfortable.
There were atleast one or two flies flying in the room which were irritating. The bath tub could have been more clean. I will not recommended the hotel to families as there were some shady people and business going on in the lobby at late hours.

The reception area is very spacious and plenty of space is available for the guests to sit and enjoy the tea or coffee.
There was a bad smell in the main lobby. The hotel must have ventilation system and proper lightning in the area.

First day room was not properly clean , specially the bathroom . even though arrangements have been made for late checkout paying additional 100 AED , my room was locked after 12 noon . I had to go to the reception again to get the room opened

The location is ok, quite close to metro and airport. But all the rooms and equipment needs modernization and sometimes repairmant.
The door electronic lock does not work it took a day to fix. The water isolatiin in the bathroom was not perfect. Often you can see water at the floor after shower.
