The studio is very nice big size and and is very clean. The staff are very helpful, the location is very quiet the bus station is just few metres away from the building.

The property managers they ask for a deposit which is not mentioned in booking.com.

The hot water was not working with no phone in room i had to go two times to ask them to come and fix it but nobody did not come!!! The bathroom ceiling was leaking with water.

It’s dirty, the doors of the cupboards in the kitchen are greasy, shower stall is so small you can’t move inside, floors not washed properly, dust on furnitures, old bad bedding. Gym has no equipment for workout and swimming pool is useless as very small.

The room was incredibly dirty, poor quality fittings, limited utensils/crockery and amenities. Had to wait for room to be ready and keys to be prepared. WiFi didn't work and was put onto another room's code. Very disappointed and not as advertised in my opinion.

I had many issues, for example when I took the shower the water was cold in winter imagine that? the tv has no signal, some items not available like tea things & coffee, the refrigerator was broken! and you need to buy bathroom items from the grocery. even more there was a noisy bill ringing at 4:30 AM. for the cleaning now one cleaned my room! it was a nightmare experience

It was absolutely great staying! I got studio with a pool view! It’s very near by from mall just few minutes away where u can do grocery, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around ! staff in reception is very nice and helpful ready to assist with all the needful! Apartment is spacious and very clean, nice fragrance in room! Great value for money ! Free parking!
