Staff is sweet, especially thanks to housekeeping man always very helpful and smiley, rooms are generous size with a nice view, central location. for deal I got it was very good value for money

bathrooms are old need new tyles at least but rhats also same issue with London Millenium and deal breaker could be lack of insulation with next rooms. for me quiet environment is very important and here I could here people talking or coughing in the next door room, especially if rooms are conmected.

Long way from anything other than the Mall. Pool very cold. Terrace Bar closed. inside bar closed. Restaurant only had a very limited buffet for evening meals. Very noisy at night due to comings and goings.

Wi-Fi is not fully functional even if you are sitting just below the Wi-Fi hub. it keeps cutting off and on. Breakfast: I went to have my bf 40 min before bf ending time, the restaurant host took my name , as normal, and told me to site anywhere I want, I looked, most of the tables were unseated however they all were not clean and the dirty dishes of the people who sat on it were still there, I’m talking at least about 10 tables I saw , there were other 2 families with same situation. the bf variety was almost limited. I did not enjoyed the bf experience at all. Access to the hotel is little bit tricky if I would say, as the hotel access is near a busy traffic light where you need to wait till the signal gets green so the traffic can flow and reach the hotel.

1. waited for 30 mins for check-in. 2. Bedding was not appropriate, more specifically they only provided blankets instead of asking them to provide the quilt. 3. Mini bar was empty. 4. Not many English international channels on TV.

Hotel is outdated and it needs renovation. Air conditioning worked but not properly. Hotel offers a decent view onto Dubai Downtown but windows were very dirty so it unfortunately lost its magic.

The final results

They finally fix my problem after dealing with 5 people. I was told my breakfast and lunch or dinner was included then I went to the restaurant for breakfast to be told in public my name was not on the list. My room was so dirty. No towels no water should have been 2 beds. Was told they would fix it the next day. I had to go downstairs twice to get a new room. Finally I said whatever just give me a room. I am tired of fighting. They did fix it and did a great job. I stay here every year all the other times had been great.
