the noice from night clubs in the hotel was very bad , couldn't sleep all nights until 4 morning i ask to change the room but still the noise because the have 3 night clubs 2 which in first flor and 1 in sixth flour very bad nights

There is a Disco at the ground floor of the hotel. I was in the third floor and the music made the things in my bedside table vibrate until 5 a.m. Two nights without sleeping because of the music too loud.

The AC in my room seems to work but it doesn’t. It doesn’t make the room cold even if I put it in the coldest setting. Every night I get drenched in sweat because of the AC problem.

The male staff on the reception area was not that approachable and he just continue playing on his mobile phone even when he see's us infront of the desk and hes kinda rude attitude nor helpful when we ask him a favor.

There is a club below our floor and very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof. Airconditioner is not working. Need to check another room, and tell us no other available rooms. Later they decided to give us another room. Very bad service and hotel not good for the money.

The management should improve the service even 3 star if they welling to, they could improve a lot. But seem like they are happy about the 3 star and a specially the lady receptionist from this morning she needs special training should give, that how to respect to the guest. Never see such a rude receptionist in my life.
