Wasn’t easy for the Taxi to find the Property.
Response Speed of the cleaning staff.

The building is nice and new, the location is convenient and the view from the 19th floor is amazing!
It’s not a hotel, so in cases we wanted something (e.g. extra towels), it was not the easiest to ask and get it. There is security in the building that has also reception responsibilities, but it’s not the same as in a hotel.

The place was spacious with a good view of the Burj Khalifa. Beds were very comfortable.
-It would be better if the host prepared basic things like salt and pepper for cooking. -the microwave is very awkwardly situated, need to move the hob in order to open it.

Booking chareged 200 aed fee for cleaning but at counter they didn’t provide daily cleaning. They said it’s for apartment cleaning at guests leaving.

the balcony view is amazing it is clean and the staff are friendly the Tv has Netflix 😂 the location is pretty good the kitchen utensils are clean
the entrance is too small for the cars there is no room service daily if you needed one you have to pay no water or shampoo daily just once you arrived

brand new tower with exceptional city and lake view. Staffs were so friendly and welcoming who were always ready to help no matter what time of the day. Special thanks to Manuel and Ms Jomarie for going above and beyond to take care of our needs. I really appreciate how she helped me with my booking situation that was a little complicated. I will definitely be back in this property and recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in downtown at great affordable price. thanks so much to everyone in the property.
